With manga being in a non-realistic style, it's hard to assign an age except going by what other works in the style have trained us to expect, so I think it's subjective unless you're talking about the obvious extremes.
Personally I prefer the mid-late 90's styles over anything today or in the 80's.
I do think all of these are way too sexual, but that's a personal preference too. I would expect the seller to put a suggested age range or content rating on them.
