Its a foot in the door argument. They know you'll agree some stuffy is iffy, so that way its easier to get you to agree to action being taken. In which case they take away way more than just the iffy stuff.

But even so, only one or two of those examples looked like they could be 12 to me. With manga being in a non-realistic style, it's hard to assign an age except going by what other works in the style have trained us to expect, so I think it's subjective unless you're talking about the obvious extremes.
Personally I prefer the mid-late 90's styles over anything today or in the 80's.
I do think all of these are way too sexual, but that's a personal preference too. I would expect the seller to put a suggested age range or content rating on them.
