None of those trigger laws will punish a mother from getting an abortion if her life is at risk. What they remove is the 95%+ (I don't remember the exact number, I think it's probably higher than that) of abortions which are basically used as a form of late birth control.

Now SCOTUS has reviewed the ruling and determined that RvW is not a constitutional issue putting the issue of abortion back in the states hands for their own legislative and judicial branches to rule and interpret.
