Well duh. She's not even a person, she's a skinsuit for leftist bullshit. That should be apparent to anyone who looks over her judicial record. The unceasing leniency towards pedophiles is a dead giveaway.

She is a full CRT, gender ideology, pro pedophile activist. In other words, the perfect democrat, I assume she is anti-constitution as well.

She's tweeted that the original intent of the constitution would have her in chains (despite the fact you'd never know the United States allowed slavery by reading the constitution) so you'd be correct.

She should be redacted.

I think states are going to have to start disassociating themselves from "supreme" court decisions going forward. Things are taking a decided turn for the weird.

Nullification

Just in general states or other branches of the government should have always ignored court opinions they don't agree with. The supreme court doesn't have an army to enforce their opinions. The constitution does not give the supreme court the authority to interpret the constitution.

Yep. They've been coasting along on precedent and the federal government bribing them with their own tax revenue.

Time to place bets on the first Governor to raise the middle finger and tell them to feck right off.

"Are you a human?" "I don't know, I'm not a biologist."

"Do you know what is blue?" "Not in this context, no, I'm not an artist."

"What is 2 + 2?" "I don't know, Ask a mathematiican."

"Can you speak English?" "Probably not, I'm not a writer."

This is, for me, a serious contender to 2022's most stupid moment.

Didn't Biden vote no on some black woman before? She might have just been up for federal judge.

I would vote No to his nominee for that reason alone.

He did more than just vote no. He filibustered her first appointment to the DC Circuit, and once she finally got on the DC Circuit and was being considered for the Supreme Court he said on TV:

I can assure you that would be a very, very, very difficult fight and she probably would be filibustered

Remember back when the definition of woman was really simple? Adult female human covered it.

She's not the first. The first was nominated years ago, and Biden voted her down because she was conservative.

An exchange that would have been worth hearing:

"You cannot define the word 'woman'?"

"No, I cannot."

"Are you a woman?"

"Uh, yes, I am."

"How do you know if you don't know what the word 'woman' means?"

"Well..."

Supreme court is a joke.

When will Biden go full Caligula and nominate a horse?
