Just in general states or other branches of the government should have always ignored court opinions they don't agree with. The supreme court doesn't have an army to enforce their opinions. The constitution does not give the supreme court the authority to interpret the constitution.
Yep. They've been coasting along on precedent and the federal government bribing them with their own tax revenue.
Time to place bets on the first Governor to raise the middle finger and tell them to feck right off.
