I saw on Twitter that the Democrats likely won't support this bill because this bill would make the fucking "Dreamers" pay 10k and that is somehow a nonstarter to the Democrats.
Hopefully no amnesty bill will pass the Senate during the lame duck session this December.
By the lame duck session, the Democrats would have nothing to lose to try to push anything truly egregious through as the midterm elections would have been long finished by then.
