A lot of the "normal" queers have been angered by how extreme the LGB(T) movement has gotten over the years. Some of them absolutely hate shit like the folsom street festival, etc, but the bad apples have certainly spoiled the bunch.
I definitely understand how they hate being grouped in together with the (T)s, but it's too late now. Gays/Lesbians would have to do quite a lot to convince normal people that they don't belong in the same group as (T), after how bad these last few years have been.
Plus, at this point we're kinda just splitting hairs as to which one of them is most fucked up (trannies). But they all have something off.
You know? It never really crossed my mind but I get the feeling LGBT movement may have been hijacked just like OccupyWallStreet was. It was done by same kind of young people who are children to rich people. They take their orders to infiltrate the movement and make it unreasonable and insufferable. This in result stirs up hatred against the LGBT in order to justify its continued existence. If that didn't happened then it would peacefully blend into larger society.
