https://covid19criticalcare.com/covid-19-protocols/i-mask-plus-protocol/

Most of the stuff involved can be found pretty damn cheaply. And I'm pretty sure they haven't cracked down on stopping Black Cumin Seed shipments, unlike Ivermectin.

EDIT: I've decided to take a chance, and at least order most of this stuff to at least be prepared for illness. As I said, most of this stuff is rather cheap. I'm getting it all from Puritan's Pride (an online supplement shop), with the Black Cumin Seed (oil softgels) being the most expensive thing at $30 for 60 500mg softgels (also buy one, GET TWO FREE).

This looks promising.

Are those 40mg/kg for unprocessed black cumin seeds? Found a bunch of those seeds for 10-15€ per kg shipped (that's like $15-20 per 2 pounds).

Have been thinking about getting a bunch for a while now.

Unfortunately, I don't have any answer for unprocessed seeds vs. seed oil.

I mean the document says "seeds". For a 90kg/180lbs person that'd be 3,6g. That's like what, a table spoon? Sounds reasonable at least.

Oh, measurements? I don't really know anything about those either for seeds (but the weight conversions would end up translating to about 6 of those 500mg softgels per day).

I don't think you can convert oil to seeds 1:1. I'd expect oil to be much more concentrated.

Yea, I'll probably stick with seeds (they are pretty cheap and you can also use them to season food) and throw them in a blender (I assume they are harder to digest whole).

It all the same its black seed oil.

Yea but the question is how much do you take?

From what I've read the active ingredient is in the oil. Seeds have much less oil than pure oil capsules. If their recommendation of 40mg/kg is for seeds, you would be overdosing if you take the same amount in oil (not to mention it'd be pretty damn expensive).

Omicron is a limp kitten, but preparedness can't hurt.

The thing is, I've been so used to getting headcolds at least twice a year that near-incapacitate me at times, that going over two years without a major illness has me worried that something (I don't even know what) could hit me at any moment. My last illness was a bad case of the flu about three years back. Also, my distrust of doctors at this point has me definitely wanting to find something effective so that I can avoid having anything to do with hospitals.

For sure! I've spent more on vitamins in recent years than I ever have before. I've yet to buy the blackseed oil but I suppose I should before it gets pulled.

I followed the protocol--with all the supps and ivermectin. Got covid. It was like a mild cold.

To think though, I could have been a faggot and got a mystery injection from literally the worst people in the world. Wow. What a hard choice. Maybe I was wrong.

If you think omicron variant exists at all youre retarded

It exists, its just a lamer version of an already retarded virus.

Unless theyre actively releasing more dangerous engineered variants, the virus should mutate towards being harmless.

See, I like their take on the pills, supplements, and pharmaceuticals, but I can't really trust anyone who wants us all to wear cuck muzzles.

I've been taking black seed oil for a couple weeks. I got sick last weekend and basically slept 36 hours, but it was cleared after that. It's difficult to say if it was Omicron though, although I had all common symptoms they are also the symptoms of the common cold.

Those doses are very high. 3000IU D3 and 6mg melatonin is a fucken lot.

Normal melatonin pills you buy in a pharmascist are 1mg max daily dose. D3 is 1000.

I take 10k of D3 several times a week. Just because pharma packages shit a certain way doesn't mean that is what the max dosage is. Even le science gremlin fauci said he takes 7k like every day in winter

4k IU of D3 daily is the standard dose measurement. I take 8k because Im a beast. Great mood enhancer.

Taking the sleep hormone melatonin is recommended to help induce sleep, but there is a good deal of confusion about how much to take. It is sold over the counter in a range of doses, from 1 mg to 10 mg and higher. The natural inclination is to take more melatonin if it is not effective in helping you sleep better, but this is not a good idea.

Where I live there isn't a single option with more than 1mg. Even on local amazon.

I'm a 6ft male at 80kg and 1mg puts me out like a light. I'd be curious about what six times that would do but not curious enough to test it.

If you don't get much sun exposure, 3000IU D3 is pretty reasonable.

I take 3000 IU since I don't get too much sun and I am fine.

You're right.

Even though toxicity is unlikely if you keep your daily intake levels below 10,000 IU per day and avoid excessively high intakes of vitamin D supplements, experts recommend that people with typical vitamin D levels do not exceed 4,000 IU of vitamin D per day
