Which is a perfectly fine thing to do... If you're either a) a slice-of-life show, or b) purposefully wording the review badly [i.e. Batman's origin story is more or less just going to a play then him crying about some family issue.]
I think these people have a combination of being unable to write, being creatively bankrupt, and being clueless as to the concepts of marketing and target audience.

Honestly from someone who has never watched the show, it looks like Avatar Korra part 2, but more manly. Korra’s face was still feminine, and she had tits. This is next level weirdness and my brain is not having it.
