This is funny but I think that I've heard that certain accounts cannot be penalized in the way that pleb accounts can. Like say you upload a video to Twitter and CBS news uses it without your permission. The CBS News account cannot have copyright strikes applied to it even though your normie account certainly can. I imagine that its the same way with the Whitehouse account.
I would assume so, however, we can at least cause youtube's goons to seethe by passing in memes in the strike's description.
That's why manual DMCA's sent both in email and certified mail formats really have a greater impact. Manual DMCA's don't go through automated systems and usually imply greater penalty.

If you flag a video as "sexual content" and "child abuse," it goes straight to Jeff Bezos' email.
Flagging videos like this will probably get YouTube to blacklist any reports from your account, or eventually ban your account entirely

I don't have a Google account anymore, but I seem to remember Youtube allowing users to create closed captions.
Is that still the case? Might be fun to spin up a burner account and drop some meme magic.
