Jack is and has always been the worst member of RLM. I don't think many people would argue otherwise.
This isn't a surprising take for Jack either. He has always spewed progressive talking points.
I would argue it's a toss up between him and Josh, with largely the same reasons for both. I was told that Josh apparently claimed on twitter to be in some of the Milwaukee riots for BLM, though I don't actually know if that's true as I don't have twitter.
The only reason Josh is there is so Jay has someone to talk with about obscure art and horror films. Jack is pointless.

I was watching a YT video yesterday on stock market crashes. It was pretty informative up until half way through when the narrator started listing the bad things that market crashes cause. Number one on that list: Populist uprisings causing far-right extremists to come into power.
I immediately shut it off at that point.
In a way that's true, any opposing political power free of Rothschild banks will be destroyed by international finance.
Name the channel.
A lot of informational or educational (finance/economics/history) content tend to have leftist talking points sprinkled all over them.
I imagine RLM are pretty pissed at Jack right now. They’ve done a relatively good job staying apolitical throughout one of the most politically charged periods in American history, and I think their fans (myself included) have come to view the channel as a precious respite from the culture war. Jack the idiot just tainted that respite. Even if he walks this shit back, it will be impossible for me to think of him as anything but another leftist retard going forward.
Here’s hoping this is an aberration and not a trend for RLM going forward.
RLM as a group has always come off to me as rather "midwest progressive". There's been jokes at Trump's expense and hints that they really didn't like him, plus they defended Rey as not being a Mary Sue in TFA.
But at the same time they don't seem to be afraid to make jokes that aren't so politically correct, and they've called out the studios for using feminism and social justice as a marketing ploy in the past, including with Star Wars.
It comes across as ignorant of the big picture, but not "The Emperor's New Clothes" level of denying reality like many progressives do, and is therefore much easier to dismiss. This is not.

I definitely explicitly remember Mike making a Sensitive Joss Whedon reference directly to the camera in one of their opening bits for... I want to say a Half in the Bag episode, and then showing some tweet of his, or something. They do at least give some flack back to the usual suspects every now and again, which is certainly better than most big-name youtube brands anymore.
Mike is usually the guy making those jokes. I suspect he just can't stand bullshit.

I've always found it really odd how the majority of the cast are more neutral leaning towards right, while Jack is pretty clearly further left. It never really played out much in the episodes but you could really tell by his responses to the shittakes that Mike would have.
I feel like the loss of his hair led him down a rabbit hole, and when he finally tumbled out he discovered the midget had shoved a blue pill up his ass.
Jack is very performative whereas the rest of the regulars are much more natural.
