It took only two years to go from disappearing Milo and Alex Jones to banning content said to "amplify narratives that undermine faith in NATO." (twitter.com)

What does "amplifying narratives that undermined faith in NATO" actually mean? Is NATO above criticism, or are we putting the misinformation tag on anything globalists do not agree with?

Even if they are Russian, if what they say is true then is it not the responsibility of NATO to gain back the lost trust?

How did we end up in the point where criticism of huge institution is seen as a bad thing?

I have the same thing with the China Virus, ok there is misinformation out there but the reason why so many of us are skeptical is the censoring of information rather then properly debate it, we are in a point were we can't criticize "Science" when "Science" is contradicting itself every month. Not to mention the very manipulated statistics that you are not allowed to question.

Is it not the solution more dialogue rather then less?

P.S. I'm capitalizing S in Science now since it has a dogmatic sense for the left and I do not want to offend the retards

What does "amplifying narratives that undermined faith in NATO" actually mean?

Calling spade a spade and having the audacity to say that things are not 100% alright.

How did we end up in the point where criticism of huge institution is seen as a bad thing?

Because allowing it to diminish in influence would send a message that globalism is not the way.

Is it not the solution more dialogue rather then less?

More "useful" dialogue that keeps the big thing going until the public perception changes to viewing it as best solution.

Less "useless" dialogue that puts doubt in collectivism.

To enhance your imagery with a relevant meme, we're digging straight down in Minecraft. Will we hit a cave? Will we hit lava? Will we hit bedrock? Place your bets!

I've got five dollars on "we keep digging forever and never hit anything because this is purgatory".

I have heard that called "Scientism", if you wish make a more obvious distinction.

Honestly, while it's as corrupt as anywhere, Russia is the only country I can think of that is hardcore anti globalist. No matter where you live you'll deal with political corruption, so why not do it in a country that somewhat shares your values?

What is the purpose of NATO, anyway?

I get what it was, back in like the 50s or whenever it started. A mutual defense agreement against the USSR and its satellites in the Warsaw Pact.

These days? Yeah, sure, Putin is no peacenik (see his "annexation" of Crimea half a decade back) but even if he wanted to trying to send tanks across all of Eastern Europe would hopefully provoke a mass response to stop that, NATO or no (though, given how everyone didn't do much beside wring their hands when he did take over Crimea, I have my doubts. Of course, given that NATO and the UN just joined in the hand wringing, they demonstrated their functional uselessness too).

About the only thing actually accomplished by NATO seems to be making the US to pay to maintain military bases in other countries whose "enlightened" citizens constantly go on about how the US spends too much on the military. And, frankly, I agree, lets slash the military budget by starting with all those oversees bases.... oh, wait, that was tried a couple years ago and led to more mass outrage from the "enlightened".

Yeah that's how I see it. Basically "let's see how long we can go without adequately advancing our country's ability to defend itself. We can just outsource it, it'll be fine." Most of them dont even pay what they are supposed to, it's such a joke.

Part of me wants for US to pull out of NATO just to pull the pant out from those smug fucking Europeans.

Another pant of me finds it funny that thanks to NATO the entirety of Europe is essentially the US' geopolitical bitch.

I, for one cannot understate my excitement for the day that everone that thinks free speech matters realizes that you can't defend free speech on twitter and leaves the plattform, leaving only the authoritarian zealots to eat themselves. Any minute now.. right? RIGHT?

Oh, I forgot. Someone is wrong on the internet. Let's do another All-nighter.

If Libya's water infrastructure didn't want to be demolished it shouldn't have given NATO that funny look.

nato was transfered from a force occupying europe to an aggressive war-machine under clinton.

obama just did what he did with everything else. turn the agenda to 11.

Undermine faith in NATO? How about that time recently when NATO's head honcho talked about PUTTING FUCKING SOLAR PANELS ON FUCKING TANKS?! https://www.thenationalnews.com/world/europe/nato-chief-suggests-battle-tanks-with-solar-panels-as-militaries-go-green-1.1160313

How could I have faith in an organization headed by a retarded shithead like this?

For that matter, how could I possibly have faith in a military alliance where none of the member states have a functioning military? And yes, that includes the Americans too, because the horror stories I keep hearing are mind-blowing, and if literally any of it is true, a sane country would be hanging people long before things degenerated to the current state. At this point, if the Russian military leadership got really drunk one night, all of Europe would be using Rubles within 24 hours. We're "lucky" in that we're so fucked, even the Russians don't want anything to do with us.
