About the only thing actually accomplished by NATO seems to be making the US to pay to maintain military bases in other countries
Yeah that's how I see it. Basically "let's see how long we can go without adequately advancing our country's ability to defend itself. We can just outsource it, it'll be fine." Most of them dont even pay what they are supposed to, it's such a joke.

Part of me wants for US to pull out of NATO just to pull the pant out from those smug fucking Europeans.
