I think we've passed the point where fedposting could be considered detrimental to correcting the issue. When political solutions were still on the table it made some amount of sense, though how much is up for debate in hindsight. However we need to reassess the situation and analyze how things are now that those political solutions are no longer available.
Fed-posting is mostly useless because its still being communicated through the open internet where anyone with an URL can see it. If you want to reveal your violent thoughts and plans in public, don't be surprised when you end up arrested.
