r/truscum is a subreddit for ‘transmedicalists’, as in people who actually do believe that you need medical diagnoses, etc in order to be allowed to transition unlike ‘tucutes’ (don’t ask me where these terms came from), but what got me was the alarmist in the main post, because while I absolutely understand trans people being worried that this will be weaponized to simply bar them from the US as many people in the federal government don’t want them to exist, it just feels somewhat too villainy, if that makes sense. Like a caricature of what people think Trump is.

Mostly I use Reddit to go on game subreddits as well as see the ‘other side’, but sometimes I see stuff like this or this and wonder how much of it is real or fake, and kind of feel bad because I wonder just how many trans people want to transition in peace and the alleged groomers and people who want MTF people to participate in women’s sports fuck things up for them.
