That was the trap of the $100 million deal.....it was a collar and Joe fell for it.

Oh yeah. You can see it in the comment that didn't get purged. Oh noes, if this continues the boogey man of automation is going to take their job.

  1. If they could automate truck driving they will and it's not going to have anything to do with protesting.

  2. Good luck automating truck driving without a huge societal shift that takes human decision making completely out of driving anywhere for anyone AND that will require massive upgrades in infrastructure that is literally crumbling.

Soooo, they're going to create a landscape that looks like the counter protestors are more effective......

It's all toleration when they want to take what you have. When you want it back you're a terrorist.

No. But the government has made illegal the re-enforcement of gender roles because it literally falls within the definition of "conversion therapy" which is illegal in most states. Your kids are supposed to just figure it out that they're heterosexual while they're bombarded 24hrs a day 7 days a week from all mass media and their schools that they may be gay or trans.

Then everyone gets their panties in a wad when it's found out that you tried to convince your kids that they're heterosexual.

This is the world you live in. But, I believe like you do.

Like he was talking to a child.

He was. The guy "works" 25 hours a week and I bet that was exaggerated. But, you can be sure he spends another 40 - 60 hours modding, working on his anti-work website, gaming and whining on discord, mostly whining on discord.

What these people fail to understand is that no matter what you think you're doing when you're "not working" and then doing something like heading up a anti-work movement is that you're still trapped into a system of work. The difference is he wants to force productive workers to transfer their wealth to him and his ilk so they can do fuck all, but he's going to work his ass off in an attempt to achieve it because he will have to somehow become more effective in his ideological movement that has little economic influence to overcome people with real wealth and power.

Even if he is successful what he is going to discover is that after all his work and effort to build his own wealth and power that his power base is going to expect him to give it all up so they don't have to work. He's going to quickly learn that what he's fighting for can't exist because a civilization doesn't exist without meaningful productivity.

Wow. The interview was obviously a hit piece, but Jesse went in like a commando, executed his target and got out. It was amazing.

Jesse: What do you want and who are you?

Abolishwork: I want a world where people don't have to work so much and btw I'm a 30yo dog walker.

Jesse: Mission accomplished. We gotta go pay the bills so we'll break here.

I have family that are teachers and another buddy in Colorado who teaches.

Much of what is being talked about in the 4chan post is true, to an extent. Boys are picking up on their social disempowerment. Schools are not actively encouraging boys to participate in activities whereas girls are actively being encouraged to participate. Boys are also picking up in social media that they can do nothing that isn't an aggression in some form towards females. For example if you go to reddit and have a discussion about interactions between a girl and boy there is nothing that the boy can do that isn't perceived by redditors as toxic masculinity except for their abject capitulation to females in all things. So, the boys are just trying to avoid being harassed, blamed or accused of anything.

That's not to say that all boys are susceptible to this. They're not. But the percentage of boys who are susceptible is not insignificant. It really falls to biologiy and sociology. The Chads get a pass on the social harassment that weaker males have to endure. And of the weaker males the more affluent ones have their harems of females just like the Chads.

Most of the girls are growing up to be vapid whores with encouragement from the schools through a complete abdication of their responsibility to reenforce respectable behavior. 13 and 14 year olds are literally coming to school dressed like hookers and the administration actively discourages teachers from doing anything about it.

There are achievers who seem to have their heads on straight, but those are few and their achievements are diluted by a push from schools to inject diversity in all things at the expense of academic performance. What I mean is that teachers are being encouraged to be less critical of diversity students, especially in AP classes. That's not to say that for their race they're not performers, but you can certainly notice a difference in their academic works. There's a lack of sophistication as compared to others.

2 members of my family are private school teachers and 2 others are public school teachers. My buddy in Colorado also teaches for a public school system. Exactly none of them have children in public school and would choose to home school if they couldn't afford private education.

This is the media apologizing for blindly leading their population to make the wrong decision, you know like how they do every time there is a national issue and a government generated narrative to be supported.

The mirage of choice: I can buy inet service at 200Mbps for $80 a month or 10Mbps at $60 a month.

If you watch enough old SNL you'll realize that a lot of their skits aren't as much comedy as they are opportunities to indoctrinate their audience into topics of homosexuality, transgenderism, communism, hedonism and satanism. It's easy to look at the old skits and say it's innocent and edgy for their time, but then all of those topics are here in the now and politically empowered and growing, aren't they?

There are absolutely woke positions out there. I interviewed with a company that had multiple interview sessions. One of them I was alone with the only black guy on their team. He asked me a few questions about the job that I answered thoroughly showing I know the subject matter.

Then he started asking me about what movies I liked, where I grew up, started telling me how he had to grow up in gangland Chicago. And the more it went on the more I realized I was being interviewed by this guy for my wokeness and this company was allowing this black guy to make the choice on who was going to get hired.

They declined to hire me because I "wasn't sincere enough"...exact quote. In other words I didn't display any white guilt because I don't have any.

You just gotta keep looking. Where I'm working now there are zero black people on the team. It's nice. It's refreshing. There's no racial tensions. I'm not having to check my privilege while being assigned to help a diversity hire not embarrass management with his piss poor work ethic and knowledge.

Raises as a tradition are dead. Sure, there might a few companies that do give raises who are surrounded by oceans of those that don't. You might get a cost of living increase. Last year my previous employer gave us an increase 2.35%. Meanwhile, out workload continued to increase even while management had no idea why. Yeah, ok. I got a new job and now I'm making 35% more and working a hell of a lot less. Oh and my supervisor isn't a paranoid fuck like the last one.

You need to understand that as an employee you're under the effects of economics. You're not immune to it. Employers are quite happy not to give raises if you're willing to stay without one. Unfortunately, most of your co-workers are going to stay where they are in the hopes they get a tap on the shoulder for their years of loyalty or they have no ambition. You really shouldn't stay in a position for more than a year if there's no upward mobility to be had in that time and no more than 2 to 3 years if raises and pay based on promotion are not competitive. Of course it's easy for me to say that and I certainly don't mean it to be a hard rule. There are many reasons why you would want to stay where you're at even if pay isn't competitive.

And I cannot stress enough, if management has it's favorites and you're not one of those there is little you're going to do to change that. If management is not advocating for your success while they are doing it for others then you need to leave as quickly as you can. Case and point I was hired on at my previous employer. 3 months after I got there they hired a woman who considered herself non-binary. 4 months after she was there she was already given team lead. After I left I heard they promoted her into another position. If you see something like that and you're giving as much or more effort to the company then it's time for you go.

If you want upward mobility you're not just looking for a place that is going to pay you more. You're looking for a place that is gong to advocate for your success. You'll know it when you see. If you don't see it keep moving on. You will find it. It is out there, but man there are a lot more shit companies than good companies.

This is why I suggest that anyone interested in history look for books pre-2012 and preferable pre-2000. History as it is being written now is through the lens of political correctness.

Naturally, the rebuttal will be that any vaccine statistically will impact many given the order of magnitude of people being injected.

That's the inverse of the exact argument for why covid is so dangerous that they use to justify the vax.

I wasn't sure the way you worded your original statement. It always amazes me they go from "I don't want kids" to spitting out one a year when they meet someone that makes them gush.

If you hear that and she's dating you then you're a place holders. They always want kids if the right man is involved.
