was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison for multiple cases, police said.
Multiple cases not charges. You think the people who steal metal do it once? You could be right and it's a complete overreaction. It could also be that this guy was habitual offender and they got him for something more like 1 year each on 15 cases. The story really doesn't tell you.
Edit:
Alerete was in custody after an arrest on February 1, for a probation violation, burglary, kidnapping and criminal damage to property unrelated to the theft of the statue, according to online jail records.
Frieren has become one of those ones that is both very good AND overhyped.
Which probably does it a disservice if people are going in expecting some high-energy excitement. It's mostly mellow, has great character writing, and is very good at creating ambiance.
I think Angel Cop (uncensored sub) still holds that title.
At least Lyse had some history with the WoL and scions. Wuk just shows up and goes, "I heard you're strong, want to help me succeed a throne on the other side of the star?"
Besides, Stormblood had much better new characters. Bakool Ja Ja's got a an arc but Dawntrail doesn't have anyone as likable as Sadu/Magnai, Gosetsu, or Hien and Yugiri. Stormblood had better villains too, even if Zenos ended up overstaying his welcome IMHO.
I don't think DT is awful, but it has the presence of a filler arc whereas SB at least progressed the Garlean Empire plotline... but that's not really a fair comparison.
Allah, Allah, who the fuck is Allah?
Please tell me it's to the tune of Living Next Door to Alice. Between this and Auslander Raus, hearing classic Euro music becoming rally anthems is kind of kino.
they could end male violence against women and girls by tomorrow
They're working on it in the video.
It's just a mediocre expansion. They had no idea where to go after Endwalker wrapped everything up with a bow. The character is somewhat annoying. I liked her at first, but she gets tedious. You never get a break because she's with you almost constantly.
What you see happening in OP are the same kind of pathetic shills who still get excited for Star Wars when it's beyond bad. They need to find anything to deflect criticism because liking $MEDIA_PROPERTY is their identity.
95% of players don't give a shit about voice actors at all unless they're bad at their job or are a attention whore like Rial/Marchi who force themselves to the forefront of all conversations.
It's just not a very good or engaging story this time. That was my opinion BEFORE the psychotic twitter defense squad brought this information about the English VA to my attention and it's still my opinion after.
And why are you using the English voices in the first place?
Edit: As it's pointed out elsewhere, the character is at the bottom of JP popularity as well and any VA issues don't apply outside of EN. It's just a bad story with bad characterization.
If the UK government wasn't consistently trying to withhold information, ignore criminal activity, and punish anyone who speaks out all for the benefit of the same groups... maybe then people would not be so quick to jump to conclusions.
You want people to stop guessing at characteristics of criminals? Don't deliberately hide them in the first place. Or I guess you could keep threatening people who fill in the vacuum based on obvious patterns. I'm sure that'll be a winning strategy for your country.
Google's going to get paid regardless because the campaign paid for a set amount of engagement.
The point is just to waste the Harris campaign ad buys on yourself rather than someone else who would be more susceptible to propaganda. It's minor and it's petty, but putting the phone down for a couple seconds isn't a big effort either.
Isn't this just a retard comment section arguing past one another?
The first comment is saying if "samurai are Asian" is a trope, then so is "Zulu are black." Second comment the is misreading/strawmanning by acting as if the first comment was saying that "Black Zulu" warriors are as common a story element as Asian samurai.
Hard to know which of them is actually using the right context without the parent they're replying to. The third commenter, however, is correct. Also the reason Zulu are not in more stories is because leftists would cry racism about everything. Look how they reacted to RE5. You set anything in Africa and they start whining immediately.
Once you're on a plane, the crew has a lot of leeway. These assholes aren't technically doing anything more threatening than sitting on the floor in the terminal. As opposed to "interfering with the safe operation of an aircraft" or something like that.
Still surprised airport security isn't dealing with them.
They're kind of stuck with the way real events unfolded? I guess they could have made Miles more pissed, but McLaren did win the 1966 LeMans and that's why he won. And the Miles really did die in a testing accident 2 months later.
They did take some artistic license in his favor. They put Enzo Ferrari there to give Miles a knowing nod of respect. In reality, Enzo didn't attend '66.
Minus One was good. For the most part I'm just a weeb. I watch the first couple episodes of anything with a synopsis on the seasonal chart that catches my eye and see what's decent enough to continue.
Any specific recommendations are really dependant on personal taste, comedy especially. The Legend of the Galactic Heroes remake and Frieren are the two that jump to my mind as being good watches recently, even if anime isn't your thing.

As far as Western stuff, Ford v Ferrari was pretty good. Just car porn and competitive guys pushing the state of the art forward. I feel bad for the real Leo Beebe's family though. They needed a corporate stooge to play the villain and made him one-dimensional. Generally positive regarding fatherhood as well.
Clown show. This was written by a committee and makes him sound like he's under duress.
It would have been easy to say, "My comment was tongue in cheek. I would have loved to have seen a President Ron Paul, but voting Trump in 2024 is the best way to protect our constitutional rights." I'm constantly awed by how badly everyone fucks up this media stuff.
