I hate watching movies/tv because of that. Part of me feels like I've been corrupted with all the noticing that I do.

Everything is sexist, everything is racist and here we are pointing it all out...

When I first saw the title, I thought it was Smith (He's normally the one that posts about pop/geek culture stuff). Then I saw the first line and thought it was Imp1 (No explanation needed).

I am in the middle of reading Irreversible Damage and all the book focuses on is FtM and how horrible that is and won't someone PLEASE think of the GIRLS!

Not that I don't have compassion or concern about young girls, it just seems odd to leave out more than half of the conversation.

The worst part? They do it for the lulz, a corrupted version of LOL. That stands for laugh out loud

I have this weird thing where I keep expecting businesses without customers or money to be forced to close up shop by market pressures.

I know it's unrealistic but it's just a tick that I have....

Is there a chance that Netflix is hoping to ride the wave and see their competition shut down and then Netflix gets to have all the shows again?

I dropped Netflix over Cuties as well. Won't even steal it out of principle.

I found it hard to skip the story and skip to the gameplay because you had to "report to the bridge" So. Many. Times.

Fun fact: income has never been legally defined. Technically, everything or nothing is income

I laughed at Quillette as well. I think it has less to do with more extreme ideology being the higher tiers but how mainstream they are.

I thought they tried to push the envelope and get imaginative with this kind of stuff. You're just describing run-of-the-mill London culture...

Nah, these celebrations go back thousands of years at least. Haven't you ever heard of the great pride event they used to hold in Gomorrah?

Everything eventually fails, yes. While that statement is true, it's not entirely useful.

No, you see, I wanted to stop halfway down the slippery slope! How could I ever have known that it would turn out the way I was warned it was going to?

Why is it that any rando on the internet could come up with a better pitch for a movie than a dozen writers getting paid for it?

Money is a secondary goal at this point. The real aim is to reimagine history as woke. Everything you've ever enjoyed is LGBTQP and support the narrative, didn't you know that?
