That is what I keep hearing but I just can't see this taking someone to the point where they hurt or kill another human.

Empathy is mostly genetically determined.

About 20% of whites have reduced empathy markers, and about 80% of blacks do.

It is about the ultimate nail in the multiculturalism coffin. Of course nobody is allowd to say this in normie channels.
