I've never been on the "Musk train" or whatever you want to call it because he really hasn't delivered anything yet other than shitlib tears which are easy to get, but this is starting to get pretty interesting. If they took him off of there, he must be legitimately pissing off the rest of the elites. This is good.
NIt's a market disadvantage, but not necessarily a fatal one. As long as you can survive it, it's a long-term benefit, because then you don't have progressive fuckheads threatening to tank your stock value if you don't comply. The biggest benefit to being high ESG is that you get fresh Fedbux very quickly.
Is this something they did, or an a shitty ESG persons opinion?
Tesla no longer qualifies for inclusion in the S&P 500 ESG Index.
...
“A few of the factors contributing to its 2021 [ESG] Score were a decline in criteria level scores related to Tesla’s (lack of) low carbon strategy and codes of business conduct,” wrote Maggie Dorn, senior director and head of ESG Indices, North America, at S&P Dow Jones Indices, in a blog post.
edit: Oh it's some stupid ESG index, not actually the sp500 index.
Long term potential was pretty good. Considering all you had to do was put lipstick and heels on a pig to join this index (as long as your company made money), this was never about actually being environmentally friendly.
Use it as it was intended, a marketing agency that cuts out the entire agency. Direct-to-consumer updates from the manufacturer/creator. Probably include a bit of patreon and myspace in it as well from what I've seen.
I wouldn't say it's a scam but "Trump's supporters will stay on Truth Social" is a joke. Most of us don't even know how to get on it. Is it even on Android yet?
That's a weird take. It's the #1 app on the iPhone store. More popular than TikTok. If most MAGA supporters are not on it, then it has a YUGE upside as they trickle in to an already incredibly popular platform.
Note: Exxon is still on said list, as a green eco-friendly company.
It was Tesla's “lack of a low-carbon strategy".

It is a nice thing to see, one of their own begin go rogue and begin consuming the big assholes before they've eaten all the little ones first.
I'm not on the train either, but he's delivered the beginnings of a profitable space industry as well as catalyzing electric vehicles.
They still have oil companies on there. This just reeks of sour grapes.
Okay, so what's the downside?

He probably could crowdfund a billion or two with his marketing talents.

ESG just seems evil. Literally evil.
ESG = Evil Stock Group?
It is the S&P's shitty ESG index. They own it. They must suffer the consequences.
Suing does nothing. You must find a way to stick it to them, unique and galling, like when he made the bid for twitter.
Musk to buy Blackrock?
A paperclip could afford Blackrock's real value, but no.
We are about to find out exactly how eco friendly Tesla actually was as a car.
Long term potential was pretty good. Considering all you had to do was put lipstick and heels on a pig to join this index (as long as your company made money), this was never about actually being environmentally friendly.
Wandered.
If I was them I'd be wandering how that happened too.
Not all who wonder are loosed
No, they are punishing one of their elites for daring not to consult with the high priestesses first before going a little off the path.

Just looked. It's not. This is a scam.

It's like Twitter, a lotta repeats and bots.
