If I'm not mistaken, reads like they only overturned the depraved-mind murder conviction, not the 2nd degree murder conviction. He is still guilty of 2nd degree and will not receive as harsh a punishment as he would have if thrtey kept the depraved-mind conviction as well.

The reasoning appears to be that depraved-mind insinuates a disregard for human life in general but he very specifically acted against Justine.

While it's ludicrously low in comparison to Derek Chauvin's inflated conviction, I think that speaks more to the three-ring show-trial nature of Chavin's case than it does to this one.

You're telling me millions of children have been shot in Chicago? Because MILLIONS of children have died during this pandemic. If you add in adults and seniors over 8 billion people have DIED from covid and it's because YOU won't get vaccinated. How many more people have to die for you to finally do your part?

Never been about infection rates, my friend.

Because YOU still follow them. They don't have to enforce fair laws because they are allowed to enforce whatever they want.

Why oh why would those who profit from our perpetual dependency want us to be professionally dependent?!?!

So....

we've also been shown that masks and gene therapy treatments don't help mitigate covid.

How well is that working out?

Progressive fashion looks a lot like progressive memes.

It astounds me how ill-informed "educated" people are time and time again.

A good proof reader would go a long way for lending this site more credibility. Not to be horrible but it makes it easier to dismiss.

Not calling for terrorists, just calling for a group of strong-willed men. Or, like we used to call them, men.

This is related to the post above it where someone finds it bizarre that women are just giving into the Taliban rule. Women go along to get along. That's how they are designed.

This is why the system was build without giving the majority of women the franchise.

We don't know for a fact it was a CH officer because they won't release anything. At this point, anyone on the other side of the window is a suspect.

I honestly am taken aback by hiring personnel that feel so entitled to labor at their set rate. Yeah, the kids weren't be very professional about their requests but if the market makes $16/hr undesirable, then you have to work around that fact.

Yes, I understand that a state-controlled economy has make market conditions the way they are now but I doubt the contractors have been complaining about government bloat up until they were on the wrong end of things.

If I'm reading it right, they are talking about quarantine for high risk individuals instead of the current quarantine for everyone approach. Not that it's right to forcibly quarantine healthy individuals.

Nope. They would have been informants to the SS or the SS officials themselves. Look quick and willing people are to praise and enforce covid bullshit. At least Weimar Germany had real social issues that were being addressed. We live in a totalitarian nightmare that's "necessary " to combat "covid", "climate change", and "inequality".

Why do they have to be a Trojan Horse for something else? Why can't they just be terrifyingly dystopian and personally invasive all on their own?
