20 years ago, I just wanted a new gay character that wasn't dead by page 3, a drug addict on page 5, had aids by the second panel, or gone by the mentioning of their name. I got a kick out of the Rawhide Kid: Slap Leather because it was just so damn over the top and hilarious without being a squealing fag stereotype. And...that was it. Everything else has been shit. No new characters worth a damn (especially Apollo and Midnighter, who were just boring). And the ones that were given a case of The Gays were all horrid, woke shit. I'm done with comics.
