Online strip clubs which sells emotionally stunted young men and underage boys the delusion that the stripper is actually interested in them.

The fantasy that, if only they visit every day and keep tipping her, she'll eventually notice them, and fall in love with them, and then he will be able to rescue her away from this sordid lifestyle, and she can turn over a new leaf in a romantic fairy tale perfect traditional marriage, and they'll have two kids, a dog, and a house in the suburbs, with a white picket fence.

And if that wasn't bad enough, not only do these men never actually get to see her physically, in person, many of them are slowly acclimatised into degenerate fetishes such as:

"Financial domination", where they shower women with financially irresponsible sums of money in exchange for the benefit of her sexually demeaning and degrading them,

Good ol' fashioned cuckoldry, where they pay strangers on the internet to have sex with the one women they want to have sex with, but who would literally rather have sex with anyone else except them.

Before OnlyFans was a thing, I didn't care what adult men and women did in their own bedrooms (or studios) as long as it was all consenting.

But witnessing the birth of this industry changed my mind. It is designed to optimise the exploitation of young men who are so desperate for a relationship, but have such a compelte absence of contact with females in their lives, that they have to resort to actresses fleecing money from them as the closest substitute, despite how it is literally nothing at all like the real thing.

These men grow up through school being rejected by girls, by the time they hit tertiary education they end up as loners who can't even hold a conversation with one. They've never been on a date to a coffee store or a movie. They've never walked through a park and held hands with a girl. Their forays into online dating would have been more successful if they were literally invisible. The few hobbies they do have, are completely devoid of women. The only women they come into contact is the lady at the checkout till at the convenience store.

tl;dr: There are men who are so emotionally and socially stunted, that the only way they can get women to glance at them is to pay them money. This is apparently an incredibly lucrative business.

I agree wholeheartedly.

They're trapped in an endless spiral of misery, self-loathing, and self-pity. I wouldn't wish that upon my worst enemy.

They should be offered a helping hand, not spat upon and being kicked while they're already down.

As far as I understand, they're just people that don't want women? Their choice. I have an obligation to try and have children because I'm the last healthy member of my family so I don't share their desire to be celibate.

Depending on how technical you want to get:

The incel crowd tends to be more the guys who want relationships but can't get one. After being rejected n number of times, they develop a sense of learned helplessness and feel that it's pointless even trying.

The guys who can get relationships but chose not to, tend to fall into the rest of the "manosphere" groups; TRP, MGTOW, etc.

I really recommend reading the book. I was put off by how long it was, but the abridged version is surprisingly accessible.

It should also be made mandatory reading in universities in place of all the mandatory diversity classes. If only.

So how long until they start arresting people en masse under the guise of "political dissident"?

Show me the man and I'll find you the crime

I am surprised and almost impressed that, despite the tone of the article, some of the people they quoted have their heads screwed on properly.

Falsely accusing an entire group of crimes because of the actions of a statistically insignificant minority is a stupid idea, doubly so when that group already feels alienated and excluded from society.

Ignoring their concerns and flat out lying about their (assumed) motivations is only going to increase their "radicalisation". Articles like these exploit tragedies to kick people who are already down, only to then cry out in anguish that these people are full of resentment.

Wait, why were the female birds breeding with rapist birds in the first place?

Someone should teach female birds to stop enabling and condoning rape!

Poor kids, instead of developing personalities, they are being reduced to nothing more than the dozen or so trendy tags that can fit into their social media bios.

Sounds about right.

Scare people enough so that they will be more eager and compliant in accepting government over-reach.

Back in 2019 I used to have a pretty neutral view of government, institutions and "authorities". But one thing I can thank Covid for, is being a life-changing red pill in that regard.

Earlier in the year I jokingly told a friend that soon we'll be "encouraged" to get regular vaccine shots in the same way Windows that nags you to install Windows Updates and reboots your PC against your will at the most opportune times.

Though like TheImpossible1 says, it looks like they're aiming more for the videogame "Software-as-a-Service" model instead.

FWIW the latest official death toll as of just under an hour ago is 117, but yeah, definitely sounds like they are under-reporting.

Their favourite story is to take all the stories you like, "deconstruct" and break them apart, then put them back together in the queerest way possible, and then cackle in joy as you swear off all of your old favourites out of sheer disgust.

Aah, I remember someone linking this article in the early days of Floyd's death, and I was incredibly impressed at how effectively it relates.

If you any one else hasn't read it, I'd recommend that you do.

In these Interesting Times of clown world, it is worth the read in order to bolster the tools you have against the endless gaslighting.

Before I would compare them to the SJW position, I would separate the two.

MGTOW is learning to politely but firmly say "No thank you" to what you perceive as a bad deal, and walking away.

Incel on the other hand, I would liken to wallowing in self-pity as you descend further and further down an endless spiral of despair.

The average rank and file SJW I see as having a noble goal in mind, but they are invested into an ideology that has no plan to solve any of the problems they claim to want to fix. Instead of tackling the causes of the problems, they attack whoever is their political opponent, and rationalise their hypocrisy through cognitive dissonance.

I can see the parallels between Incels and SJWs — they are both unhappy with the world, and they both blame "The Other" for all the ills of society. However, the incels harbour a seemingly unassailable sense of learned helplessness, whilst the SJWs have managed to gain the favour of every mainstream institution, yet still consider themselves plucky underdog rebels fighting against "The Man".

Compared to MGTOW, I can't really see much from my point of view. The textbook sample of MGTOW are staying inconspicuous, keeping to themselves, and quietly trying to improve their own lives as best they can. The SJWs on the other hand, seemingly have to proselytize and partake in the congregation's chorus to ensure that they remain eligible to stay as members of The Right Side of History. Instead of self-introspection to evaluate whether what they are doing is improving their lives, they do as they are told because their authority figures have told them that it is For The Greater Good™.

This is exactly the same way I see it.

If it had been a blatantly obvious case of murder, both the left and the right would have agreed that the cop was guilty, and he would have been charged and that would have been the end of that.

Instead, we have a case which looks to one side like the most horrific case of racially instigated broad daylight murder via police brutality, and to the other side it looks as if a criminal died of a self-inflicted drug overdose, and that the police involved are being lynched in order to flame the fires of racial tension.

Personally, I think that the entire reason the media kept the spotlight on this specific incident, and kept amplifying it, is because they know that outrage sells.

The more tinfoil-hat side of me thinks that there is a push from an institutional level to constantly divide people by persuading them that everything wrong in America today is because of racism.

Between race relations, politics, and social justice, it seems as if the average person online in 2021 are straight-out incapable from having a conversation with half the population. They may as well be speaking in a unintelligible language, and trying to perceive the world through a completely foreign set of senses.

Edit: The best article I've seen on the above phenomena: https://slatestarcodex.com/2014/12/17/the-toxoplasma-of-rage/ (Thanks to Guy_Incognito76 for sharing it.)
