Jewish moms are notoriously overbearing

Not only that, but there are "Hispanic" jews in America who get free stuff on the basis they were expelled from Spain 500 years ago.

The Bible says women are more easily deceived.

"NGOs are actually run and funded by the government."

Yeah no shit, welcome to 2009?

I guess if he's waking up the normies, cool, but this shit is all common knowledge in my circles.

Another overrated mediocrity. Like Neil Tyson, people are just impressed with any black who can do more than tie his own shoes.

If it were my son I'd pardon him in a nanosecond. Why is this even a question.

Worthwhile to point out that in liberal circles it is necessary for white males to defenestrate this way, and has been for decades at least (e.g. there has been a White Privilege Conference in academia since the 90s). So for him statements like this are perfectly normal and they wouldn't think twice about them. But when you tried to tell normies about it they wouldn't even listen to you because it sounds so crazy.

This is very similar to 2014 when radical feminism leaked out of the universities thanks to ubiquitous social media, or when South Park made fun of Scientology. The inner religion is getting spread to the outer circles finally.

Nope, the laws actually favor the publishers, at least in the US. If the EULA says they can do it, too bad.

This dude has been on this crusade for awhile, currently trying to get real legislation to stop this, specifically in regards to Ubisoft killing The Crew. Very likely this Avatar BS will make his list too.

Imagine someone buying the IP of the Mona Lisa and painting "sequels." The entire concept is preposterous.

IP is most often used to separate a work from its creator and allow vultures and thieves to profit from it without compensation. There are countless books, songs, and other works that haven been essentially stolen from their authors by legal fuckery. Go look up what happened to the author of Gravity for example, or the song Bitter Sweet Symphony.

A man can't sell his IP* any more than he could sell his wit, his verve, or his soul. All contracts to that effect shall be deemed null and void. The only person who can make more LotR is Tolkien, and he's dead. Rings of Power should be considered an act of cultural vandalism on par with sandblasting the Sistine chapel. If Star Wars is just a bunch of tropes like laser swords and space wizards, how can anyone "buy" that?

Imagine how much more lively and imaginative modern movies and TV would be if old works were essentially off limits for licensing (because the creator is dead) but also fair game for inspiration? How can anyone try to "own" dragons, elves, dwarves, etc.?

*Copyright is fine, since it covers the reproduction of a specific work, and not ownership of the concept or ideas behind it.

I think the majority of mods I see for games make them harder, often in stupid or bullshit ways. But the most popular ones are usually blatant cheats or coomer mods (and I have nothing against coomer mods).

Every Elder scrolls game has mods to remove level scaling but they all make the game worse. I agree with complaints about level scaling in general but no ES games were designed for pre-scripted levels. So the modders just haphazardly spread level 50 enemies all over the starting areas, turning it into a quicksave simulator.

Generally I go for mods that remove inventory headaches or onerous encumbrance systems. I have probably spent literal years of life playing inventory tetris and I am just done with it now.

It's such a reliable tell of fuckery it should be a steam tag.

It's also highly revealing they don't try to promote the game with these features, because they know the audience hates it.

Yeah I mean, imagine someone sues William Shatner and takes his account, starts posting as Shatner. claims they own his "IP," "likeness," etc? It's absurd.

Intellectual Property is basically a jewish scam.

I honestly wouldn't call the story* the main selling point of these games, though I watch the ending of the original Stalker now and then because it still gives me chills.

*Story as in the narrative of the character you are playing and what happens to him during the game. As opposed to "Story" in the big picture sense of just being a lone adventurer in a harsh and unforgiving land, which is very well done.

But yeah that's a horrible retcon and it basically ruins the setting. Yikes.

Any time you see an article about "Japan's imminent financial collapse" it's always a bunch of lies. They just keep saying Japan will die without immigration.

Whaaat. I saw a few reviews that said the game was super busted but that is somehow even more dumb. Yes, if artifacts are useless outside the zone, no one pays for them, and thus no one hunts for them.

Thankfully you can just play Anomaly.

Another red flag was the game had conspicuously black voice actors.

Why not. I can't believe anyone would seriously ask that question.
