I think you got totally the wrong take on this.
You're repeating the idea that defending yourself is "bad" - the attitude that is getting you absolutely run over. Yeah it's clumsy and not quite right. But you should be going for "yeah I have a right to defend myself and the people around me" rather than parroting back the attitude that it's always bad when you defend yourself or the people around you.
This actually perfectly summarizes why the feminist narrative of "it's mostly men who are violent" is deliberately misleading...at best.

His wife wants/demands that he get violent on her behalf - so he gets violent. He wouldn't have been violent if she wasn't there. The violence happened because of her desire for violence to happen. She just offloaded it onto him to do.
Seriously, at least half the time I've seen violence break out, it's a woman behind it causing it to happen. Not always...but a lot.
I read that he did that because some dude tried to forcibly kiss him. I don't know man, I mean physical violence to defend yourself against someone trying to be physically aggressive to you seems like it should be entirely acceptable.

In one set of theories it's people doing evil things for selfish reasons. Weapons manufactures who want to sell weapons. Psychos who just like going to war with no regard for humanity.
In another set of theories it's people who try to keep society from descending into self destruction. Humans evolved to constantly go through a few different phases - growth, expansion and war, calm after the war starts biting both sides hard causing them to stop wanting them to do it. They've every other manipulation they can think of to take the place of war and finally just went "fuck it it's not working, we'll fall back to another war".

What race would you describe her as? Black. But if you broke it down, you might say she's 70% white and 30% black.
People aren't categorizing people into non-white because of some "racial purity" concepts (well the average people aren't) it's based on it's effect on visual appearance.
If you date a black girl in America you also have to deal with them being black being a part of your daily life and conversation, which isn’t easy given the climate Jews and leftist made for them.
