Yep. While she set herself as an opponent of Sarkeesian, she always softballed her. Which gave me the impression that Liana was always controlled opposition, or at least reluctant to attack her fellow female feminists.

Liana also portrays herself as pro-sex, but she would always echo the "anti-sex" feminists whenever the subject of The Witcher came up. For whatever reason, she just really had it out for that IP. And really, it seems like the only thing Liana truly differed on from the other feminists was the subject of big boobs. She doesn't really oppose their arguments or rhetoric; if anything, she's in full agreement with their rampant misandry. She just feels like they're also attacking her being she's buxom.

If Rowling has any integrity, then she should be spending every day for the rest of her life banging her head on the wall for her part in the creation of these wretches and the culture they've made that's now turning against her. But she's probably too busy sitting on her silver toilet and wiping her ass with hundred dollar bills imported from America to care while her country burns all around her.

Which is why that story died after a week. They realized they couldn't tie it into the George Floyd hysteria, so they shut up about it.

Dumbass headline makes it sound like it was a freak accident, the family were the ones at fault, and that no (black thug) criminals were involved at all.

It's real rich coming from the side that's so obsessed with "power dynamics." When it suits them, that is.

Must be the same guy that stole the Simpsons' Christmas.

To all One Piece fans: do you guys seriously need this? Did you even need the FIRST anime series? Does seeing it in motion really improve the story THAT much. Don't you think it's utterly ridicuous for a show to have OVER 1000 episodes and show no sign of stopping? Do you really need to see that old material reanimated again in the hope that they "get it right" this time? Is it really THAT much of a hassle to just read or reread the original source material to experience the story all over again?

A couple examples I know of would be Tenchi Muyo! and at least some of its assorted AU spinoffs, and Monster Musume.

While you're on the PKD kick, you could try watching Waking Life. It's a film where a variety of people talk about assorted subjects of existentialism, often with one hapless protagonist who seems to be living in a perpetual dream state where he awakens from one dream only to find himself in another. Definitely feels inspired by Philip K. Dick's writings. And Like A Scanner Darkly, it's completely rotoscoped. In fact...nevermind, it was made by the same guy, Richard Linklater.

You could interpret the entire book as someone's half-life-induced dream, or heck, maybe someone's regular dying dream, but even then , you're left with the question of whose dream we're seeing. Joe's? Runciter's? Pat Conley's. Some random loony named Philip? ^_~

We'll never know. The book gets so trippy toward the end that it's impossible to tell if any of the content in it was ever real in the first place, up to and including the beginning parts with Runciter.

Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks

Well, that explains a lot about what's going wrong with Hasbro.

Cyberpunk 2077's sole purpose is to forcefully re-insert Johnny Silverhand into the world after getting his useless terrorist ass deservedly killed. Either in the flesh (where a little cybersurgery can be done to make him look like his old self) or as an almighty AI god who could probably just upload himself to a physical body anyway. And to have him be played by Keanu Reeves endlessly to attract the normies who are convinced he's a good actor because of what the cinemtographers, stunt coordinators, and stuntmen did in those John Wick movies. All so he can dominate and be the center of every major Cyberpunk story going forward. V was just the expendible loser we're stuck playing as to facilitate that.

The original Baldur's Gate games are classics and very much worth playing. And there are no gay romances in them period.

However, if any game can be blamed for introducing the idea of romances in RPGs, everything annoying about them, and players' unhealthy obsession over them, it's definitely Baldur's Gate 2.

EDIT: I just remembered this isn't entirely true. While the original version of Baldur's Gate 2 had no gay romances, the Enhanced Edition that you're more likely to find now brought in some new companions, two of which can be romanced by a same-sex protagonist: Hexxat and Dorn. Don't know how they work or how they're written, but all the new characters in general are pretty divisive among fans, and Hexxat in particular is widely disliked, so it's probably best to ignore them.

Hilariously though, Hexxat is also a complete self-own. She's a lesbian, yes, and a BLACK one at that for double the points, but she's also an EVIL vampire who specifically PREYS on young women to sate her thirst for blood. The mission to recruit even involves letting her drain and kill a victim she has mind-controlled.

Does this almighty and all-knowing respector of all women realize that by talking over this woman and saying she's completely wrong, he's "mansplaining?'

FromTheShadows 15 points ago +15 / -0

No. Even if we weren't up to our eyeballs in woke corruption, the chance that this would actually be good would be miniscule, just like all game adaptations. And Amazon has long proven to be among those who hate us and want us dead.

And if anyone knows anything about muscle growth, it's Jim Sterling. You can tell because he's always been absolutely ripped, so much so that his shirt was always in danger of tearing off if he flexed his massive pecs wrong.

Want to know what's especially retarded about that quote? It pertained to the Horizon games. Not only IS makeup a thing in them (especially among the Carja, who really love black eyeliner and lipstick), but in both of them, you can have Aloy wear it! And make her look almost good doing so.

Maybe the men should tell their wives that they don't feel like having sex right now (as in ever), and if the women have a problem with that, then tough shit, they have to respect that or else it's rape, assault, and sexual harrassment.

Indeed. And he never once ever considered making any personal sacrifices to make up for others' so-called lack of privilege. He just wanted all other whites (of a lower economic class) to do so instead.
