5 years from now they’ll say he became Daimyo.

10 years from now they’ll say he became Shogun.

15 years from now they’ll say he became emperor, but history whitewashed (yellowwashed?) him.

21 seems insanely young to me. 30 is more reasonable and usually the mark for when people really begin to look “adult”.

Granted, humanity used to have kids in their mid teens, if not the onset of puberty, so that would make 21 seem old.

Going gold? I haven’t heard that term in awhile. With Steam early access, terms like going gold seem archaic now.

Upper right decided to write a novel.

And wtf is other peoples emotional labor?

I really wanted Starfield to work. I had it wishlisted and hoped that the initial reviews would shake out and it’d be a solid game.

It’s no longer on my wishlist.

In a way she was right. Disney axed the entirety of the extended universe when they took ownership so they could write their own stories. We should’ve realized then it was going to be a train wreck.

But complaining about zero source material when you destroyed all the source material is some high level bullshittery.

We are smack dab in the middle of a culture war. And the police and government are not on our side.

1957 on the one. Goes back to my parents generation. They really laid the groundwork for sci fi.

Mental disorders are quite common in todays society and instead of addressing them we seem to encourage them more (see transgenders). The results are a progression of the disorders to the detriment of one’s mental and physical health).

I could have forgiven it if the character in the book was giving the rant (which he was I believe) but the tone of the rant suggested a personal vendetta by the author and not as a character building arc (since religion or God never factored into the story again).

She was quite attractive in her 20’s. But a lot of women in Hollywood choose not to grow old gracefully and destroy any remaining vestiges of beauty and elegance they have by chopping up their face.

The first book was ok, though I was a little annoyed at the pointless page and a half anti-Christian screed the author wrote.

I skipped the movie and second book entirely.

Try project zomboid. It’s like the Sims for men. In a post apocalyptic zombie infested world. Lots of free mods too.

That’s wokism. Could easily say “I will not buy woke media.” Which is unfortunately 90% of what’s out there right now.

Coincidentally 90% of all media is garbage too.

I will disagree on the cathedral part. Their places of worship are quickly becoming every K-12 and university institution in the nation.

Without a doubt. They are committed to the policy and not just paying it lip service. I suspect however that they won’t infect the games they publish. Only use them as their funds for pushing their own work agenda.

Still, I’m definitely going to be cautious about purchasing from them ever again.

Wait… stonemaier is a board game publisher.

I have a handful of their published games and they don’t have an once of wokeness to the actual games.

Although they do have a section in their website about DIE policies.
