Second guessing things is how scientific discoveries are made. We would still think the universe revolved around the Earth if somebody didn't stop and wonder, "Maybe the world is actually bigger than us."
This is a bullshit ruling and goes against critical thinking.
If their logic were consistent this wouldn't be considered controversial, since the left loves to say sex and gender are different things. But of course we live in clown world and the left has no consistency beyond degeneracy and power.
Canada doesn't have a right wing party that is capable of winning an election. We have two left wing extremist parties and our conservative party is centrist at absolute best.
I honestly don't know too much about employment law in either the public or private sphere. One of them was terminated from a public sector job due to the doxxing and targeted harassment though, and in the article the CBSA states they would not reinstate the one sister's job:
“All employees of the CBSA, regardless of tenure or position, are expected to conduct themselves in a way that upholds the integrity of CBSA programs by demonstrating professionalism in their day-to-day activities,” said a CBSA spokesperson by email. “The Agency has no intention of revisiting its decision in this case.”
They could probably be sued for wrongful dismissal or whatever but they are probably covered by acting "in good faith" or some other shit.
I can almost guarantee the only reason this went anywhere is because the complainants could prove they were part Inuit and not just normal white girls. And even then, what did they actually get out of this? 100k in damages for being doxxed, harassed, fired from their jobs, and unlikely to even see that money as acknowledged by the judge because the cunt that incited the mob to target them is unemployed and broke.
Keep in mind that the earnings numbers from the Twitch leak are only direct payouts from Twitch. It does not include donations (except through bits), sponsorships, or third party content such as Onlyfans. This article makes 0 mention of this fact.
This.
White males in Canada are exempt from discrimination protections provided under the charter, as they are not considered part of a "disadvantaged group" (and are, to my knowledge, the only group not considered disadvantaged).
Norway lifted their restrictions, with no vaccine passport requirements or other bullshit, with 70% of their population having 2 shots.
Just to put things in perspective.
Well safe to say I won't be voting for any party represented in this video.
Tim Sweeney is known to hate Linux, enough so that he thinks doing anything for it is a waste of time and resources. Even if it would be trivial to provide Linux support, I would never bank on him green lighting it.
Ham is banning absolutely anybody that brings up the PPC in a positive light or for questioning the mainstream parties (presumably because in his mind you are trying to concern troll for the PPC). Omegacanada has been fucked for a long time now because of how Ham handles things but this is a new level. He has absolutely drank the kool-aid and I can only assume he is a paid shill for the CPC at this point.
Somebody I know got a 3 day suspension for a name he had for about a year and a half. It was forcefully changed to some RP name and they have to pay for a name change to switch to a new name of their choosing. This only happened after this announcement, and was the first strike on his account.
I can only assume since NGS has content parity between JP and NA versions and have a monthly update stream with English available, that the NA CMs have far too much time on their hands (they used to handle content update streams for the NA version of PSO2) and just constantly pushed for these asinine rules.
Meanwhile, the NGS economy has been ruined by the RMT and red box farming. Red boxes are an account-limited resource that provide currency, and is the most efficient way to farm meseta (the basic in-game currency). Everything else you can do in the game to make n-meseta is just too inefficient. NGS itself has next to no content, while they have been pushing out crazy amounts of microtransactions and gating features that used to be free in the old PSO2 game behind premium ($15 a month optional sub).
Because of all of this, the playerbase has been dwindling even though they actually had momentum leading up to the NGS launch with marketing hype. Fairly certain NGS currently averages less concurrent players than the old PSO2 did during the lead up to NGS, where there was a lengthy period of time no content was being added.
Ham supported the PPC when they first formed. Sounds like he needs to deport himself, seeing as the standard these days is to judge people based on things they have said in the past, regardless of any current day position they may take.
He should lead by example.
This is basically standard practice among the SSD industry. SSD manufacturers are allowed to get away with this because they post vague or misleading data sheets about their product, such as stating "up to X" speeds or lowballing their speeds in the data sheet so that when reviewers review the product, they see that their product exceeds the expectations laid out in their data sheet and get praised in return, and down the line they swap out parts with inferior ones that still meet the specifications within their data sheet. It is absolute bullshit, but almost every SSD manufacturer I can think of has been recorded doing this at this point. I believe SK Hynix might still be honest, but I could be forgetting something.
Well, the FBI would have the firsthand knowledge on what actually went down...
As somebody who used to blindly follow the liberal idea that guns need to be banned to stop gun violence, my eyes were opened when I made the realization that even as firearm regulation became more strict, gun violence only got worse. It was at that point I realized that firearm regulation is a stupid idea that only disarms law abiding citizens against criminals who will continue to ignore said regulations. It isn't like any of them are going through the process to become licensed to own a firearm and using legal avenues to procure firearms to then use illegally.
I now advocate for looser firearm restrictions, but there is no mainstream party in Canada that wants to do that. The PPC is the only party to have any kind of sensible firearm platform, but this country will be past the point of no return far before the PPC gets a chance to do anything.
I find it particularly interesting that the rightmost 2 groups are fairly consistent in their " vaccine hesitancy" across several months while the rest of the groups have a downwards slope.
And yet Ontario had some of the strictest lockdown measures in the country. Not the worst, as Quebec went full retard, but definitely bottom 3.
Trespassing? That is some aggressive terminology. He just seems like an undocumented guest.
I don't disagree with you at all. My point is that, at least at the moment, this is something that only affects OEMs (and presumably SI companies like CyberpowerPC). It's a big deal still because there is a large number of people unwilling to build themselves a PC for various reasons, and yes they will likely try to go after individual components later down the line to try and force everybody to use cloud services.
It's possible PCs start shipping with bios settings that disable boosting by default or have shit like eco mode enabled to skirt around these regulations, much like monitors do by default with energy saving features. Ultimately shit like this just hinders people that aren't tech savvy, and until they start banning individual components it barely affects knowledgeable people.
The courts have struck down just about every legal challenge to any government actions taking during the pandemic because "it's for the greater good." There is no legal avenue to stop this bullshit.
Until they start going after individual components for going over whatever BS power targets they set, you should be able to still build a PC and not have to worry about this garbage. There are a bunch of power saving features in PCs that mainly exist to meet some power target regulations somewhere in the world that can be freely turned off without repercussions.
Given that high refresh rate monitors will be targeted in December though, expect them to start banning the sale of high end GPUs and other power hungry components eventually in any state that incorporates these regulations.
This has always been a thing. I remember at some point reddit making it against the rules of the site to engage in such premature banning...not that rules matter to leftists.
Men today have significantly lower testosterone levels than their grandfathers. This wouldn't surprise me in the least.
