This person does not have the right to make that decision. This is not a governmental thing. When you try to infinge on personal rights, in order to control the general population, you are asking to get terminated by the very same people you are trying to control.

Second guessing things is how scientific discoveries are made. We would still think the universe revolved around the Earth if somebody didn't stop and wonder, "Maybe the world is actually bigger than us."

This is a bullshit ruling and goes against critical thinking.
