I honestly don't know too much about employment law in either the public or private sphere. One of them was terminated from a public sector job due to the doxxing and targeted harassment though, and in the article the CBSA states they would not reinstate the one sister's job:
“All employees of the CBSA, regardless of tenure or position, are expected to conduct themselves in a way that upholds the integrity of CBSA programs by demonstrating professionalism in their day-to-day activities,” said a CBSA spokesperson by email. “The Agency has no intention of revisiting its decision in this case.”
They could probably be sued for wrongful dismissal or whatever but they are probably covered by acting "in good faith" or some other shit.
If it's a white person, or Indian I guess, they claim judgement and invite you to sue. If it's a black or Muslim invader, the case is automatically settled.
