They praised his positive takes on LoTR, and he had (up until the anti groomer bill) some really good takes on the comic book industry and what’s wrong with pop culture in general. It’s almost like lately something in his brain just broke causing him to just have nothing but bad takes, some of which contradict his previous vids. And I don’t mean like a video 10 years ago but like just months ago.
Without being to specific, my time in college was in the past decade. I watched this crazy stuff start popping up in college classes. Luckily they didn’t have that much power back then and I’d laugh at them and point out how wrong they were in class. And because most department heads were the older style professors they couldn’t do too much about it. I’d have sources and examples to back up my arguments. But once they started to become department heads or in charge of their own studies they made sure to turn their departments into indoctrination camps.
Lol. “ how boring would it be the world if everyone would look the same.”
They look so unique by forcibly wrapping a massive cloth around their head. All those western women looking the same with different hair colors (natural and otherwise) and styles.
The sociology class I took in college was actually really fun. Teacher would bring up a study and then we’d all essentially all discuss it. Which would turn into a debate, that would eventually point out how bs the study was, or how the study appeared to be biased to achieve results desired by those who paid for the study. Was not what I expected.
I remember seeing ads when that show first started airing. My first thought was wow this looks ugly and has a stupid premise, no way kids are going to watch this. Then a bunch illustration students were raving about it. And then it hit me Cartoon Network made this for them and not normal children.
Yeah they are the Millers. They own a large vineyard/winery in California. They are typically very reserved and try to stay out of the spotlight. Whenever any attention was every placed on Walt’s daughters they always just redirected it to their dad.
Roy O. And Roy E. Disney would be embarrassed of their descendants today. I’ve heard stories of of Roy E Disney (Walt’s Nephew) being in an early screening for a film the company had at this point spent several million on. The first bit of the screening had a joke that was alluding to a homosexual act. Roy E. Stood up demanded the projector be turned off immediately and chastised the whole room and reportedly said “We do not make films like this.” he had that project canceled immediately and stormed out of the room. To hear what his children and grandchildren believe today makes me think they must of hated their father, grand father and great uncle. Their beliefs are antithetical to both the first and second generation Disneys that ran the original company.
So far Walt’s direct descendants have stayed quiet on all of this. Hopefully they aren’t as crazy as their cousins.
We don’t teach kindergartners-3rd graders sexed for the same reason we don’t teach them drivers Ed at that age. They can’t use the knowledge responsibly, they aren’t old enough for it to be practical for them to know, and anyone who wants them to know it that young does not have the children's best interest at heart
