I noped when I saw it was transformers.
They are really leaning into the first four letters in all their endeavors.
I will never get over the barfathon that led to "conjunx endura".
Those robots don't even look like Transformers.
IDW did have some good ideas, but conjunx endura wasn't one of them. Empurata was a good use of the worldbuilding constraint that a major character like Shockwave lacked the humanlike head of most transformers, and the defunct Functionist caste system felt like a proper sci-fi concept and not just a one-for-one substitution for human racism, but conjunx endura was just "(platonic) romance, with giant robots."
Remember when we used to make fun of the fact that shows used to have a token black character? Hell, South Park even named the kid Token.
Now we have token white male characters. Andnyou are lucky if they aren’t stupid or the villain.
Give me the 80s version.

I coulda gone with the Harambe route, but I thought the self-driven car running over black people reference was more appropriate.
