Interesting. I can't say I've seen the same, but it would be a welcome change. A marginal improvement at least.

Here we go again with the retarded "RFK is a distraction to disenfranchise the right" crap that you were never able to properly defend when pressed on it a week or two back. Do tell, how will that happen without him winning the nomination (which he won't)? Third party? Write-in campaign? Neither are something that would garner a non-trivial amount of right wing votes.

Food pyramid bullshit was one of those things that just seemed so retarded on its face even as a kid. But I never went so far as to connect that feeling towards understanding that fat isn't evil and that composing a diet of tons of carbs is actively harmful to one's body until the past year or so.

Out of all the rabbit holes to go down, I can't recommend it enough because you'll come out the other end feeling better physically and mentally than ever before.

Always worth keeping in mind the publication date while reading as well. If it were published today it would probably gain traction sheerly because of how well-articulated and thorough it is, but adding in the fact that it was written decades ago makes it nothing short of prophetic.

Those places are 10000% controlled opposition at the moderation level but people like the users making those comments do actually exist. Not in large numbers fortunately, but they do exist.

I wouldn't shit on someone purely for being anti Trump; hes far from perfect. It's just that more often than not the reasoning for it, as well as the alternative(s) they raise out them as being blatantly retarded.

Poster child for how you don't have to be stupid to fall for the brainwashing.

They just have a lot more polarity. There's good reason to believe by the numbers they won't be any worse than millennials, maybe even a bit better (obviously not a high bar). But the crazies will be even crazier.

I live in Ohio. It's pretty nice here. Any complaints I have are mostly clown world complaints and not Ohio-specific complaints.

Yep the dude leaves a lot to be desired sometimes but he is infinitely better than previous leadership and anyone who cannot see that because they demand absolute perfection is retarded.

Yep. Just today I saw a big billboard advertising team pride month celebrations just outside of Cleveland. Even if MLB itself backtracks a bit no one should be under the impression that we've won here.

Maybe. The white knighting during that incident was unbearable. Love that he clapped back at that bitch.

It really is sad to watch the self feeding cycle happen in real time. Cucked mods force people out which makes the place more cucked which makes more people leave etc etc.

Something to do with Trevor Bauer was actually how my main got permabanned several years back. Wasn't about the recent accusations, something before that that I dont even remember at this point. Basically some soyjak brought up politics on the post so I responded with politics. They have a no politics rule, but oddly enough only one of us got banned for it. Funny how it works.

No, I'm not. Please enlighten me how he will siphon votes from the right without being nominated. Do you think they will push for a write-in campaign? Will he run third party once he loses the nomination? Even in either case, he's not gonna take any substantial number of votes so I'm scratching my head over here on this grand plan.

I go back and forth on the level of astroturfing on plebbit. Obviously many mod positions on important boards are compromised like you say, that's a given. But take r/baseball for example, the comments are usually giga cucked. But a few times over the years it's been as if a switch was flipped and the astroturfing bot farms were off for the day and tons of normalcy shines through in the comments. It's kind of eerie.

I fucking love it. R/baseball is, oddly enough, one of the most cucked boards on reddit. My main has been permabanned there for several years (despite me using alts to post the spicier stuff), and just had another account banned there yesterday. Honestly those people are absolutely insufferable and reading their meltdowns over this made my day.

Now don't get me wrong, while I'm glad they caved and changed it back, even changing it in the first place still means they're cucks who you shouldn't ever give any money to if you can help it.

That's a new one lmao. If anything, voter fraud is the type of thing that they try to draw attention away from. No one is trying to claim that there aren't tens of millions (70M bare minimum) zombie NPC retards that voted for Biden. People who allege voting fraud made the difference aren't acting like NPCs don't exist.

Bouldabassed 15 points ago +15 / -0

It would be funny if that weren't such a common leftoid argument. "But X thing has been like Y since before!" Great, that has nothing to do with the fact that it's retarded and should be changed now.

Bouldabassed 1 point ago +1 / -0

How is he going to be an alternative that siphons a non-trivial amount of votes if he doesn't win the nomination? Are you saying he will run 3rd party or that there will be a mass write-in campaign? In either case, it is hard to imagine any meaningful number of right wing voters going for it.

When I see RFK saying shit I think of people like my grandmother and a lot of people from her generation. People who worship JFK and vote blue no matter who to this day despite their values not aligning with the current left. People like that who have never had a single anti-establishment opinion in their entire life but who pay attention to RFK because of the Kennedy name and are thus being exposed for the first time. It can have some uses.

Bouldabassed 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can't say I agree. There is no point in being ignorant. RFK serves a good purpose of shifting the overton window of what is acceptable for "liberals" to say. If he wins the nomination we can worry about him siphoning votes from the right. But he won't. And the type of person whose vote he would siphon would never vote for whoever wins the nomination instead of him.
