The panel found “clear and convincing evidence” that Mr. Giuliani violated two Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct by making “baseless” claims of voter fraud in a federal lawsuit filed in November 2020. The lawsuit claimed that barriers for poll-watchers and “illegal” mail-in ballots were proof of“nationwide voter fraud.”

The report acknowledges that disbarment “has not been imposed in other frivolous litigation cases.” However, it claims that Mr. Giuliani’s efforts can’t be compared and that the “aggravating factors” involved here warrant severe disciplinary action.

I'll let this speak for itself.

I know "spade" by itself is a somewhat obscure racial slur, but "in spades" has a completely separate meaning and they know it.

I'm curious why Bungie couldn't win under the argument that Phoenix what is distributing software designed to harm Bungie's platform, given that Destiny 2 is an online service.

in any case, I wish this would be appealed but I doubt it will be. there's no way this President would hold up in the Supreme Court.

there's an awful lack of fire for this to be a gas leak.

there's a lot of things I would pussy out on. but if the options are 1) get shot at abroad for a pointless war caused by the greed and incompetence of our betters, or 2) get shot at here fighting against an unjust conscription, you can bet your ass I will pick 2.

don't work for nepotistic firms, they are doomed to fail. even if such a firm was forced to hire you, they would do everything they can to screw you over. they are not worth your time.

I don't know what your industry is, but any company worth or salt is hiring for competence right now. all of the dei companies are hemorraging money, the ESG safety net has dried out, and entire cities are going through an economic collapse in office real estate. they are hiring for competence right now.

keep searching, maybe even pivot on what kind of jobs you were looking for.

you got me there, maps is also very good tool. the fact that such a powerful tool is being offered for free by mega corporation almost guarantees that it's some kind of spying operation. whether it's CIA or something else, who can really say. all I know is that if you are not paying for it, you are not the consumer. you are the product.

Because anyone who arrives at my door telling me I have to drop everything to fight in a stupid foreign war will be asked to leave. If they don't leave, or if they use force, they will be shot.

honestly, besides their search engine Google never really made anything good. the company structure is such that they build a bunch of half projects that release with fanfare then quietly get canned.

I disagree. While fighting nepotism with your own nepotism can serve your own self-interest in the short term, long-term it is a losing strategy for any decently large organization.

it is better to stamp out nepotism at its core.

So Israel is indeed a worthless pile of sand then? Why lure jew meatshields out to be targets for jihadis then?
