Really? Violence was used in 2020 to the full advantage of the left. Why do they get to be violent?

"Don't use the word guilty to describe how you feel unless you done something illegal or immoral. You are allowed to have opinions, you are allowed to disappoint people, you are allowed to make other people upset, but guilt is reserved for illegality and immorality."

Yup, a good book is When I Say No I Feel Guilty, which sets about getting a person to frame their interactions according to their own boundaries and sticking to those boundaries. Some of the tactics involve agreeing that another person might be slighted by what the subject says or does, but simply acknowledging it instead of altering their behavior because of it or kowtowing to it.

e.g.

"You know, you're holding up the line making me check for the price of that item"
"Yeah, it looks that way"
"Those other people look pretty mad"
"I suppose they do. How about the price of that item then?"

Yeah its pretty frustrating. How many of history's losers fought with integrity and honor?

I like that the tranny and woman flags are mixed in with legitimate ones.

Are we sure that rifle wouldn't be aimed at the riff raff on the tracks?

This tranny won't change what made it watch Destiny in the first place, it's just grumpy that Destiny is being retarded about something personal to it and is now off to find a new cuck to follow

Yes, I agree -- that does make whites better than others if whites are the only one doing that.

I like it -- it shows that women only have nominal power, granted to them by the clemency of strong men who have better things to do.

I know that wasn't the intent but it is fun to observe that all instances of "strong women" amounts to that.

Meanwhile these "affected" family members keep beating their dead kids' corpses for clout and good boy points from the state.

If I recall, one of those schmucks runs an astroturfing account on X.

C-Mac is the best offensive player in the NFL yet is following the worst template for marriage: an older woman who is aging poorly. I don't get it.

I'm sure a pregnant female guard with a husband made it easier for them to escape

Is Sanji as retarded during the Foxy arc in the manga as he is in the anime? I get that he's a crypto-simp but enough is enough

"Pirate" themed in that there's a pirate ship on the cover, I dunno: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OoAcZ0WbDw&list=PLQrXTc0LfE4UYp748Q_99RFkzAs4eG_NO&index=1

LOL how about this deep cut anime I discovered called One Piece? Though I just started the Foxy Pirate arc and I'm starting to have second thoughts...

Three concurrently:

Gai-Jin by James Clavell: part of the Asian Saga and can be considered a "sequel" to Shogun since its set on Japan and naturally refers to the events of Shogun given that its a fictional retelling of Tokugawa and the Great Unification. This one refers to a small war England had with Japan due to English merchants being struck down by ronin and the incongruent ways that incidents of the sort get resolved between the East and the West.

TCP/IP Illustrated, Vol. 1 by W. Richard Stevens: its pretty comprehensive but I've never delved into what makes the Internet truly work despite being a software engineer.

From Here to Economy by Todd Buchholz: I pulled this from a free library kiosk as something to read quickly. Think of it like Economics for Dummies, I guess.

It's more that I don't hate the people that take this at face value enough.

ActOneSceneOne 5 points ago +5 / -0

Oh, I'm not doing that. I'm saying that this is way too brazen to be a parody of anything.

Yup -- plus, Modest Proposal was anything but modest. Meanwhile, this is just explaining how to exploit workers in a third world country. Hell, it's also trying to justify illegal immigration by saying only those hungry immigrants will deign to work the fields.
