Nepotism is the bedrock of their culture. I've said here before that my employer hired a jeet without consulting me. The jeet would always tell me what his co-workers were doing wrong and how he knew another jeet who could replace them. I got to fire him for lying to our clients, but the best part was being able to put the microwave back in the breakroom. We had to remove it so that the building didn't stink of curry.

I refuse to use UPS because I used to work at a hotel that did a lot of airline business, and one of our clients was UPS. I've never met more petty pieces of shit than UPS pilots. Just one of many examples: It took about 15 minutes to get to the airport from our hotel (as in the average based on the distance and speed limit, literally nothing we can do about that), our shuttle driver was on his way back with people he'd just picked up, UPS called us and said that they were ready for a pickup so I told them that our driver was dropping off some people and would get to them in about 20 minutes (our driver was 5 minutes from the hotel), they threw such a huge fit and screamed and yelled at me, after they hung up I got a call from their operation desk who then proceeded to scream and yell at me, after they hung up I got a call from UPS HR who proceeded to scream and yell at me. They literally demanded that we just kick out the other guests (on the side of the road) and immediately turn around, and you cant imagine the whining they did whenever they had to share our 14 person shuttle with anyone else. Out of all the pilots we dealt with UPS pilots were by far the worst.
So, yeah, fuck UPS. We didn't do a lot of business with Fedex but the few times we did they were very pleasant.
They view whites the same way they view their house boys back home. With contempt. They treat us better to our faces because they still have to, but that'll end soon enough.
