Nepotism is the bedrock of their culture. I've said here before that my employer hired a jeet without consulting me. The jeet would always tell me what his co-workers were doing wrong and how he knew another jeet who could replace them. I got to fire him for lying to our clients, but the best part was being able to put the microwave back in the breakroom. We had to remove it so that the building didn't stink of curry.
