Because laws weren't made for hordes of 3rd world savages that plunder everything.

You can’t operate a high-trust legal system in a low-trust society. There’s a small but slowly growing number of right wingers who are even beginning to turn on the constitution, because it’s clearly not working anymore due to this shift in attitude.

The Constitution was made by Whites for Whites.

No. The Constitution was written by sane & rational people FOR sane and rational people.
Leftists are neither. The Democrat Party is overrun with leftist & they like it like that.

The simple truth is that whites are the only group that even has the potential to maintain the Constitution. The fact that white leftists exist doesn't invalidate this.

Right wing Hispanics are good as allies but Hispanics as a whole are not going to preserve constitutional freedoms. They quite literally never have. Without white leadership you can go ahead and stick a fork in the First Amendment.

There’s a small but slowly growing number of right wingers who are even beginning to turn on the constitution, because it’s clearly not working anymore due to this shift in attitude.

That's the most troubling part of this. Kind of reminds me of the Section 230 debate when some right wingers started to clamor for the protection to be repealed so Twitter could be sued for the behavior of left wingers. In the end, that would have gone nowhere because leftist judges would have thrown out anything significant, and the government would be happy to effectively destroy discussion on the Internet.

The problem is the people, not the document.

The government wants people to get so mad that they turn against the Constitution. They'd be happy to shred the First Amendment.

I posted a while back on the high cost of a low trust society. The beauty of the constitution is that it can always be reset, and the original is very limiting on who gets a say.

I've been anti constitution for like 10 years lol.

It was ubdermined in exactly the way that the people who wrote it predicted it would be undermined when they compromised with the retards of the time.

As it's said, it either creared the current situation or was too weak to prevent it. Either way it is insufficient and unfit to exist.

Because blackmail and bribery has been used to turn damn near ALL of our politicians into Jewish mafia’s puppets, who are acting against our American interests in every way.

If Trump and the Republicans were serious about getting rid of the illegals that are already here, first, they’d make it a federal crime to hire or house illegals, that crime would come with a 10 year mandatory minimum stay in federal prison for each illegal you hire or house, that would immediately force the illegals out into the streets with no ability to earn a living since not many people would be willing to risk throwing that much of their life away just to have cheap labor or to get a thousand bucks a month for rent from a bunch of illegals. Then set up deportation centers at key airports in every state that the illegals can hire a taxi to deliver them to with a federal voucher, at which point we ship them the fuck out.

Secondly, republicans would cutoff all federal aid (aside from the airport voucher) to any one who can’t prove citizenship immediately.

Third, they’d have to send in Fed’s to arrest every mayor and governor who proclaims they represent a sanctuary city/state because they are literally aiding and abetting human trafficking. Set up special courts with new handpicked federal judges who are either unbiased or right wing biased so we can make sure the culprits all get life sentences in prison, with the potential for treason charges and capital punishment based on how defiant the politicians were, set a FAFO example for the rest of “our” politicians..

Then, they’d have to go after every NGO and charity involved, along with every public servant (agency officials, LEO’s, congressmen) who aided the invasion directly.

Obviously, none of that stuff will happen because the jew owned republicans and jew media only care about creating the illusion that they’re going after illegals in record numbers, which is why corporate MSM is sharing exponentially more dramatic apprehension videos than ever before, meanwhile ICE continues to keep the deportation numbers a secret…it’s no where near record breaking, the numbers are pathetic but they can’t risk you knowing limp dick republicans aren’t actually serious about dealing with the issue.

If we actually wanted to kick out immigrants who hate this country (mostly repeating myself), we would jack up remittance taxes massively. Instead, the Somalis are still here.

Nice. A solid win.

There's been some pretty fucked stuff from the administration, but this is very nice.

Unfortunately there are zero teeth to this.

"We put a checkbox on the form."

I'll be happy when I see actual enforcement instead of just words.

Remember when we were going to tax remittances way back in the day, like 10 months ago? And they couldn't even manage to pass like a 5% remittance tax because REPUBLICANS opposed it?

Because it was set up:

a) back when anyone would have said that 100,000 immigrants a year would have been insane

b) to force foreign countries to obey lest we cease the remittances which are supporting their country's economy

It was just naturally assumed that you wouldn't intentionally colonize your own people with foreigners.

My opinion depends on how broadly that's interpreted. Welfare should be for the use of the recipient and not sent as remittances, but it's fine if they buy something they need from a Canadian online store rather than finding a domestic importer.

end remittances entirely

we don't benefit even one bit by having foreigners steal our money and send it out of the country

Instead of banning sending money out of the country if you're on public assistance, they should ban public assistance.

It's bullshit. They can still do it. Nothing can stop them because there is no mechanism for flagging welfare recipients like that.

That’s ok, apparently it’s fine to take millions in cash out of the country as long as you are Somalian and you are flying to said country. Just sign a paper promising to pay taxes on bundles of cash.
