The story is Akaash is a popular YouTuber and comedian. He got married in his 30s to his wife Jasleen, and he proudly announced both were virgins when they got married. She recently started a podcast and is trying to make herself famous without her husband's name.
So she has shared awful thoughts about her husband, insulting him and avoid any overt affection he offers her. She avoids his kisses and said his nuts smell like a homeless persons. She's said that even though she doesn't work, she doesn't cook, clean, or perform any household duties. That her money is her money, but Akaash's money is their money.
She also revealed details about her life before Akaash. She told a story about tricking a man to perform cunnilingus on her while she was on her period and not telling the guy. She said she missed college because she had a roster of white frat boys who were popping her pussy every night.
She went on Akaash's podcast "Flagrant" and claimed people misinterpreted her words. She claimed that she thought popping pussy meant dressing up, and the roster of white boys were two boys she meant only kissed.
Obviously she is lying but Akaash and his Flagrant co-host are seemingly backing up her story. The episode of Flagrant had less views and was ratioed pretty badly.

I think it's a claim with merit. It does have a bit of internet drama and all.
