The story is Akaash is a popular YouTuber and comedian. He got married in his 30s to his wife Jasleen, and he proudly announced both were virgins when they got married. She recently started a podcast and is trying to make herself famous without her husband's name.
So she has shared awful thoughts about her husband, insulting him and avoid any overt affection he offers her. She avoids his kisses and said his nuts smell like a homeless persons. The recent podcast where they attempted to explain/excuse everything only made it worse. I didn't listen to the whole thing, but I saw a couple of reactions to it.
She really thinks everyone is stupid as fuck. Her excuses make zero sense. Everyone knows she's lying.
Akaash needs to leave immediately because if he doesn't, it's only going to be worse and more costly when she inevitably leaves him.
That's Indian izzat in action. Their culture doesn't define being "right" as the truth. Its about who can maintain the facade of superiority and feeling right longer and stronger. They just lie and acted offended at you even daring to question them until you eventually back down and then apologize for offending their honor by doing so.
The truth is the furthest thing from mattering, all that matters is the set of words they think will make you backdown.
