Can't imagine why tolerance for the small hat tribe is at critically low levels lately...

It's so low that the ADL had to add questions about Israel to their 'anti-semitism monitor' to show an increase (in supposed anti-semitism). Which honestly surprised me, because you would think that at least some people would start to hate Jews because of Israel's actions and/or the behavior of some Jews.

You could sound like that today. Or someone who loves Israel. It's not exactly controversial.

The young man accused of throwing coins and yelling "F*** the Jews" at Dave Portnoy outside a Mississippi pizza shop has been charged in the high-profile case

He was charged with Disorderly Conduct

Easy to get dropped. Half way decent attorney could do so. If this person is smart, get an attorney and start the discovery process. That will at least get the address, name and information of the plaintiff. I did the same thing with my case that involved some school related politico's.

A number of times, these types of charges are done because they think that the accused will just show up and 'plea bargain for the mercy of the court'. Don't do that. Get an attorney and force the courts to go through their own process. Make them disclose all their information and drag the plaintiff through the same process. Extend it out and drag it on.

Once I had an attorney, the DA and plaintiff backed off a bit. At the end of the day, I paid a 300 fine and 10 days in county. Also, will have the charge removed off my records after 2 years (class 3 misdemeanor).

Lawyers cost money. And many are tiny hats themselves or shabbos goys.

Also at a big disadvantage in any civil matter when going toe-to-toe with someone worth close to a billion dollars.

The process in that case is the punishment.

They can be shabbos goy all they want. My point here is to drag it on and get the information from the plaintiff party. I still have the address from the politico that accused me.

Also, whatever money you think a lawyer will cost you will be peanuts in comparison to the courts and their probation and 'treatments' or 'punishments'. I've already been though a process like that, and I would never even talk to a DA for a plea deal and would force a DA to work with a defense attorney. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever work with the courts. ALWAYS force them to play their own game, no matter how irritating or upsetting they may find it.

Edit:

Lawyers cost money.

Did you expect everything in this world for free? Is your gas free at the service station? Are you groceries, rent, mortgage free? Weak argument/response. You will pay one way or another. It's just a question of how much you can minimize.

Also at a big disadvantage in any civil matter when going toe-to-toe with someone worth close to a billion dollars.

Did you miss the part that a Disorderly Conduct charge is a minor criminal offense? Matter of fact, this incident is so minor, the only reason they are charging him is because of 'oy vey'. Nothing here with this was mentioned as civil (which it is not). Also, civil cases and damages are much harder to prove in court than criminal. I suggest you contact an attorney and actually educate yourself.

Filling up my tank costs like $30-$80 depending on the car, and then I don't have to do it for at least another week or two. A lawyer for one hour could fill up my tank like 3 or 4 times, and it is never just one hour. You can easily rack up thousands in lawyer fees.

Lawyers defend their clients. If lawyers refused clients because they were appalled (or pretended to be) by their alleged crimes, no one would have a legal defense.

There are female lawyers who defend alleged rapists. Sorry Imp.

This is what we call the chilling effect. Sure he could get it dropped but lawyers cost money, he has been expelled from the unit and his name is all over the papers.

Who would dare speak out now?

This is what we call the chilling effect.

Not at all.

Guess what? My name was blasted all over the local news and papers. I laughed about it. I don't have any social media, so there was nothing they could dig up on me. I kept my job, paid the 3k for the attorney, collected vacation pay while in county, bought half the pod commissary and then skedaddled my way out after my little time was served.

Many of you need to learn to stand up for yourselves no matter what the (possible) results are. I did it to try to save a kids life from a vaccine, and was punished for it. It has not dampened my resolve, but has only added more fuel to the fire.

Sure he could get it dropped but lawyers cost money,

At some point in your life, you will be in front of a judge. It's not a question of 'if', but a question of 'when'. The lawyer costs will be insignificant vs. what the courts will do to you if you try to plead for their 'mercy'. Once they know you do not have legal representation, they will use you as nothing more than a source of income to be extracted with NO rights. I beg of you to read what I have posted and learn from it.

Hell, I suggest you take my comments and actually speak with an attorney regarding what I said. If at least to get a second opinion.

You are claiming moral victories for fighting it out and taking hits within a system they completely control.

You are claiming moral victories for fighting it out

I sure am. Which puts me many steps above where they are. What makes you think after such a display of arrogance from the courtroom and bench that I would even comply with a judges orders? Do you think I 'gave up my guns' when the judge told me to? lol, no.

As for 'taking hits', I am doing nothing more than exercising my rights as a citizen of this country.

Sounds like you don't have a single clue as to what you are talking about, and I would say you are not even a US Citizen.

The yelling part is what makes this harder to get dropped than you'd think. Loudness is the loophole the woke cops use to arrest people for speech crimes. If people said the same shit at a conversational tone, we'd have 1/100th of the speech crime arrests in the US. And even if the cops aren't woke, someone above them will be, and will push them to arrest for a disturbing the peace kind of charge, if the thought criminal is too loud.

It happens all the time. People get arrested all the time for yelling, swearing, holding signs. This case, according to the article, is about the yeller's words causing discomfort based on identity

'Causing discomfort' sounds like a British law. Blatantly unconstitutional.

Oh, I 100% agree with you. It's beyond childish.

But our courts are now a mockery of what they once were so you should play their game to just rub it in their faces. They want to play lawfare, throw it back at them. Judges and lawyers hate cases bogging up their precious 'time'. Make them go through every motion and keep dragging them back to the courtroom for another round. Make them earn their wage. They are getting paid by the taxpayers no? Make them at least earn it.

Our system is so fucking gone already. There isn’t an argument you can make that justifies arresting this kid so long as we have a functional first amendment, yet that’s exactly what happened and the courts will allow it because the j’ws have thoroughly corrupted everything to the point where they can blatantly erase our Bill of Rights and nobody even talks about it. That kid better sue the shit out of the police outfit who arrested him, force the j’ws to change our laws as publicly as we can so even if he loses the case, it forces more eyes on what’s happening.

You know? I really do wonder. I was led to believe that jewish people are those machiavelian mastermind manipulating con-men that all co-ordinate with one another. If that is the case then how is it that they dont have enough smarts to co-ordinate in such a way that people never ever catch up on their shit. Could it be that past a certain point of power, reason and logic gets turned off and people just start to abuse their power?
