It happens all the time. People get arrested all the time for yelling, swearing, holding signs. This case, according to the article, is about the yeller's words causing discomfort based on identity
'Causing discomfort' sounds like a British law. Blatantly unconstitutional.
The process is the punishment. The charges won't stick, but defending against them will be expensive.
Tons of laws are unfortunately
