Your freedom to nonconformity is directly proportional to your success. Work an office job and want to be barefoot beneath your desk? You better be in the top half of achievers. Same office but want to wear ironed bermuda shorts? It's top quartile. A fursuit? Not only had you better be the best, but also be exemplary on top of it. The fact that he debated Kirk previously and recently makes these statements so much worse. I can't seem to find it any more, but he was also advocating "by any means necessary".
