Usual suspects show up and run cover for the poor child, who obviously must have had a rough upbringing and a difficult life. The usual lack of recreational activities and cramped living conditions are blamed.

The guy did everything by the book according to the policy of his department, and even the coroner said that he wasn't responsible for Floyd's death, but the government brought the hammer down on him too.
