This shit has been going on for almost two years now. The Gaza ceasefire was broken by Israel and Trump hasn't done shit. Instead he bombed Iran on the behest of Israel after Israel attacked Iran. If Trumps claim of a ceasefire is actually true and not just more bullshit he's pulling out of his ass, it's not going to last.

I can't find any reports naming an Iranian official confirming it. It's all "unnamed official." I don't see any report of the ceasefire on Iranian state media (Press TV) either. It's possible they are slow getting the news out, especially in English. It's a bit weird though.

In some ways they would have been better off remaining engages, since both the USA, and especially Israel, have shown they have no regard whatsoever for ceasefires, and will always try to claim victimhood status.

Defeat them in the primary. If that doesn't work or is impractical, vote against them in the general election, depending on the situation. If GOP has 260 seats, you can take the risk. If it's a 1-seat majority, then you might not.
