It’s popping up that she is not currently in the military, which makes this even worse for her because now on top of her stupidity she just committed multiple felonies impersonating a non commissioned officer and acting as a representative of the military.
So she fucked herself as the left ONLY saw her as a useful tool but since she's NOT military, she'll be left to fend for herself as a disposable object.
You guys think the laws apply to their golems? Wake the fuck up. You will not find justice in captured courts of a captured government with a captured military.
This is what happens when the entire culture is high jacked including police, military, and education. And it's not even like the orders being issued are of any significant ethical concern.
For those unaware how military enlistment contracts work, when you sign up it is almost always for a term of 8 years, with various lengths up front as active, and the remainder on "inactive ready reserve." While on inactive reserve, you are still subject to the UCMJ, and can be recalled to active duty at any point during that time. Normally this doesn't happen, but during OEF/OIF the Army did recall people off of IRR to fill slots they were short on.
This walking puddle of piss here just put the Army right into the political crosshairs, and whether she is still active or not, she's on someone's radar now. Years past she'd have an NCO jump into her ass with both boots, and she'd have to push until the SGTMAJ of the Army's arms got tired, but now?
In the military you are literally a pawn for the commander in chief.

No women in politics, leadership, military, civil service, management ever again.
Good soldiers follow orders. Theirs is not to reason why.
Utterly untrue and furthermore, particularly in intel, it is incumbent upon each soldier to be keenly aware of their left and right limits and even a lowly E1 needs to be able to articulate why a well-intentioned order could run afoul of generously interpreted laws of land warfare. That said it's against the UCMJ to attend protests in uniform and also giving thesd sorts of statements in uniform if not a designated spokesperson.
I am not a lawyer, but I understand constitutional rights apply to any person present in the USA LEGALLY, as long as the non-citizen doesn't extend the stay illegally.
Of course, I cannot buy a gun or anything in that regard, but as a non US citizen just visiting I am still can use the 1st, the 4th and the ones you don't have to be a citizen, like voting.

You cannot be prosecuted for exercising your God given rights. You can still be deported.
