This is why America has the highest obesity rates in the world.

It's also why we are about a foot taller than they are.

tall and also super wide.Maybe Americans should try to be tall and thin instead.

No that's because the goddamn democrats decided that high fructose corn syrup should be in everything from the bread to the gasoline.

Obesity in the United States is an externally induced problem. People in the fifties smoked like chimneys, ate like crap, didn't exercise for shit and lived to their nineties.

Because they weren't being deliberately poisoned with over processed chemicals.

And as with most metrics, things change if you split off blacks. Particularly black women. Especially in the 'severe obesity' category. Asians living in the US are doing fine.

Which just prove my point that the problem is the portion sizes that people eat.

In 2017-2018, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) reported that non-Hispanic Black adults had the highest obesity prevalence at 49.6%, followed by Hispanic adults at 44.8%, non-Hispanic White adults at 42.2%, and non-Hispanic Asian adults at 17.4%

Why do Asian Americans have much lower rates of obesity than everyone else despite living in the same country.? like i said it seems to be the big portion sizes that people eat.

No, it does not prove that at all. All it shows is that there's a difference. Whether it's what they eat, how much they eat, how much they exercise, genetic differences, environmental differences, or anything else is not examined.

There might be other factors involved but i do think the average portion size that an American eats is a bit too much though.

America is ranked number 10 in the world of highest obesity rates. (And 1-9 are all tiny no name polynesian islands that no one can find on a map and don't matter)

https://data.worldobesity.org/rankings/

Do you really want this problem to continue?

Break it down by ethnicity faggot, magically that obesity rate is much lower when you take out the welfare queens and diabetic Mexicans.

i looked it up .

Yeah Whites have lower rates of obesity than blacks and Hispanics but not by much. Asians on the other hand are 30% lower obesity rates than other races in America.

Why do Asian Americans have much lower rates of obesity than everyone else despite living in the same country.? like i said it seems to be the big portion sizes that people eat.

This and soy. Soy has high estrogen quantities and is one of the biggest reasons testosterone levels have dropped so hard in America. Soy and it's derivatives are in every type of cheap food as an additive.

That and the 30+ injections they demand for babies under 3.

What you put in your body matters just as much as how much.

We get it. You love Japan and hate America. Next I suppose you'll tell us about how our gun culture is problematic?

The American diet issue skews massively toward quality problems, not quantity problems. Also compounded by sedentary lifestyles.

The pictured meal is likely still healthier than what the average American eats.

While not that huge, I had a large breakfast today, and will have a large lunch. But it's healthy food, and I'm still too skinny, if anything.

Someone could eat less than what is pictured, and gain weight, or more and lose weight or remain steady.

exactly. American food is shit because the ingredients are shit and full of poison, and the GMO crops we grow don't digest well.

take a typical American diet, but use organic meats, as well as produce farmed in Europe or Asia, and it is a perfectly healthy meal.

A typical traditional Japanese breakfast should look like this

Not whatever this guy ordered and certainly not that huge portion of food the guy ordered

The problem is the sedentary lifestyle of current Americans along with diet. RFK Jr can only do so much unless you also workout or at least walk and jog frequently.

If you can't do that, at least lower portion sizes.
