I completely agree, but I think one to take all of the brunt for their failings is only fair. If we wish to celebrate the death of games journalism then it is only fair there is a grave to piss on.
Big media, like The Guardian and Forbes have beenpushing this stuff for over a decade and Silverstring Media (With Johnny Boy McIntosh) are feigning anything to stay in the ring while we're just getting warmed up.
Personally I'm looking forward to the 20th anniversary when mortgages and children, as well as careers, are laid out by those who tried to build this system of attacking gamers :)
