Considering how the minds of the pro-Ukraine sycophants seem to work, I wouldn't doubt they thought Russia was completely ignorant.
Many seem to exist in this mindset of Russia being so incompetently retarded and blind that every single negative thing you could possibly ever ascribe to a person/group/army fits at once, and they only are winning because the US hasn't sent enough money yet.
Also acknowledging your side is weak while they are obviously fucking weak is a pretty good negotiation tactic. You are literally playing to their ego as the superior and instead posturing to save them the trouble of routing/cleaning you up. And considering they constantly call Putin egotistical and many other forms of it, that's an extremely effective tactic on such a person as that.

To be honest, this is all on Europe more than anything, I know we blame Biden a lot (with justification) but Europe has been on a consistent programme of WEAKENING their military forces either by inadequate funding, equipment shortages from not domestically producing enough to disenfranchisement of the native population so they don't WANT to join the military, either hoping the savages they brought in could replace numbers (they won't and never will) or relying on the US to protect them.
If Europe were serious about it's own military defence Russia wouldn't risk a full scale war like this. Of course if Europe was serious they wouldn't have allowed the illegals in, push DEI and target and vilify local traditions and history, everything that weakens the local recruitment pool.

Is Trump too cozy with Israel for my taste? Absolutely. But, since I'm not a retard, I judge on a curve; all presidents generally are cozy with Israel, so it's disappointing but not disqualifying, and Trump is doing plenty of good stuff, unlike past presidents. Trump is head and shoulders above the rest. Which, again, doesn't mean he's perfect, and doesn't mean I worship him and I'm an Orange Man cultist, which is the go-to attack when you say nice things about him.

I think you could make an argument for both based on what factors you consider most relevant. Trump certainly has made more overt gestures in their name which I say pushes him as the most, but funding wise you are correct in saying Biden. But lazily throwing money at an issue without anything else is a classic Biden move (and Obama who he learned it from).
He seems capable of holding more than one idea at once, and not immediately dropping everything the moment he has to support one. Something a lot of people in general seem to lack. Its why he was able to say "take over Gaza" instead of "give it to Israel." One of those is completely cucking to them in exchange for our money/lives, the other could arguably benefit us and them. Even if I disagree entirely with that argument, its still a position you could take.
People still quote Fuentes and defend him as a real powerful voice for America. This is ignoring that he tried to leverage his base to turn on Trump to get Kamala elected because Trump wasn't anti-Jew enough for him, and that's his entire metric. It's unusual, but not unheard of. I personally know people who've taken on their grandmother's name, or mother's maiden name, or some other family name that isn't as directly or traditionally connected.
"Vance" was his mother's name, and her parents' names. JD Vance grew up in the Vance household. His birthname was his father's, who, as far as I can tell, left the picture when JD was very young.

It's illegal for the CIA to run operations within the U.S. on American citizens ... but it's NOT illegal for a private corporation to buy and collect that data using browser cookies, social media data, subscription lists, phone registries, etc. The CIA was Palantir's only customer for many years until they recently began working with Israeli.
