No, he was not. Palantir was created for the CIA to circumvent the Constitution. It's illegal for the CIA to run operations within the U.S. on American citizens ... but it's NOT illegal for a private corporation to buy and collect that data using browser cookies, social media data, subscription lists, phone registries, etc. The CIA was Palantir's only customer for many years until they recently began working with Israeli. It wasn't a joke. It was a flex. Like Elon given a Roman salute knowing there's nothing anyone can do to him about it.
